Theoretical Study On Syndrome Type Of Tibetan Medicine Edema

Edema is one of the clinical common and refractory disease,liver cirrhosis ascites in the Tibetan presents the increasing incidence of high-risk situation.The method of diuretics and targeted therapy of modern medicine curative effect is plain and easy recurrence.The theory of the treatment of edema in Tibetan medicine is rich in depth and treatment,but the research and application of this research are seriously inadequate.I think that two of most important things in the study of the management of the theory of Tibetan medicine is the research of secret medicine and theory of prove medicine.In the secret of《rgyud bzhi》(clinical)sate in chapter 8.9.10,respectively the three different levels of bocly fluid metabolism,named skya rbad,’or,gcong chen dmu chu.These three conditions are the three stages of the occurrence of edema,but they are different from the point of view.In the《rgyud bzhi》,the swelling is divided into the lungs,the liver,the spleen,the rlung and the chu ser.The dropout edema is divided into rlung,mkhris pa,bad kan,blood,injury and poisoning.Ascites is divided into ’khyims,byer,zags,rdol.It also can be subdivided into rtsa kha log p’i akhyims chu,khrag byer kyi chu,mkhris byer kyi chu,chu byer kyi chu,pho b’i zags chu,rgyu m’i zags chu,mchin p’i zags chu,mcher p’i zags chu,glo b’i zags chu,rtsa skran zags chu,khrag skran zags chu,chu skran zags chu,rgyu brdol gyi chu,dug gyur gyi chu,gdon gyur gyi chu.The treatment of edema is one of the largest chapters in the secret of《rgyud bzhi》which includes ninety two chapters.But the current Tibetan clinical identification of water swollen types based on the lesion site of the liver.Kidney and heart,make the water swelling in《rgyud bzhi》can’t be combined with the practice application of type theory.The research methods such as literature comparison,expert interviews,statistical analysis,clinical summarization,regularity analysis,and reasoning are used in this topic of studying.The research contents of this project include:the history of the development of the theory of the Tibetan medical edema.As record in《rgyud bzhi》total steel and edema syndrome types,the three major schools of Tibetan edema therapy evidence theory,and the modal for the ownership relationship,may lead to other disease,carried on the deeper comparison and research.Mining and finishing 156 prescription for the treatment of edema,and through the date statistical method to edema prescription compatibility rules are analyzed and discussed.The influence of the theory of Ayurveda edema on the theory of the Tibetan edema and the combination of modern medicine and Tibetan edema theory are discussed.The conclusion of this studying shows:First,not only detailed the theory and discussion of clinical diagnosis and treatment method of edema disease from《rgyud bzhi》and《kong sprul notes》,but also conducted about all the existing of Tibetan medical texts which have defined the edema.Based on those ideas,and systematically analysis the theories of nyes gsum,internal conditions,internal and external injury,poisoning,and pharmacology and so on.Second,fully revealed the basic theoretical characteristic of Tibetan Medical edema.Third,analyzed and compared clearly the pathologic mechanism and the principle of diagnosis and treatment of edema.Fourth,to laid a solid foundation for making the form of clinical guiding significance of the Tibetan Medical edema disease about each card type diagnosis theory system,and here continued to think and discuss for changing the present situation that the theory and practice of Tibetan Medical edema cannot be combined with each other.
