ObjectiveIn this study,spleen deficiency malnutrition children for clinical study.By using pediatric chiropractic integrate massage technique of Lingnan TCM School to treat spleen deficiency malnutrition children,obersved the clinical efficacy and effection for children,and compared with the effect of Xiao Jianzhong soup of scientific Chinese medicine particles,analysed the benefits and harms of different therapies,provide the scientific basis to clinical application.MethodsDivided the 70 children whom came from the acupuncture outpatient department of Baiyun branch of Guangdong second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Huangpi Hospital,during February 2016 to December 2016 into two groups:treatment group and control group,according to 1:1 ratio,35 children jointed in treatment group,35 children jointed in control group.The basis of diagnostic criteria for malnutrition is《Criteria for the diagnosis of Chinese medicine》,diagnosis of malnutrition.The basis of diagnostic criteria for spleen deficiency is《Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine》.Take the 70 children according to the order of treatment number,and then divided them into treatment group and control group by random numbers table.The treatment group was treated with pediatric chiropractic therapy combined with Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine massage technique,1 month for a course of treatment,Continuous treatment of 2 courses;Control group Oral Xiao Jianzhong soup Chinese medicine particles,composition:cassia twig 6g,Licorice 2g,Peony 8g,Ginger 2 pieces,Glue jelly 5g,Daily 1 dose(Less than 3 years old with 2/3 amount).1 month for a course of treatment,continuous treatment after 2 courses of statistical efficacy.Before and after treatment,the children were graded using the relevant scale,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and effect of Chiropractic combined with Lingnan massage technique on infantile malnutrition of spleen deficiency type.ResultsThe two groups of TCM syndromes were comparable before treatment(P>0.05);Comparison the TCM Syndromes before and after treatment of Treatment group,after rank test,Z=-4.788,P=0.000<0.01,comparison between the TCM syndrome of control group before and after treatment,after rank test,Z=-4.792,P=0.000<0.01,differences were statistically significant.It illustrates Both groups of treatment have a significant effect on the change of TCM syndromes in children with anorexia.Comparison between the two groups after treatment,after rank test,Z=-2.206,P=0.027<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group in improving TCM syndrome is better than the control group.Comparison of symptom scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01);treatment group and the control group after treatment of postpartum bloating,less breathe lazy symptoms score was statistically significant(P<0.05)。It suggests that the treatment group,the control group on the clinical manifestations have improved,but the treatment group on postpartum bloating,less gas lazy aspects of the improvement is better than the control group.There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 2.8%,The incidence of adverse reactions was analyzed by X2,X2=0.000,P=1.000>0.05,The difference was not statistically significant,it indicats that two groups both are higher security.ConclusionChiropractic combined with Lingnan massage and Xiao Jianzhong soup on spleen deficiency type malnutrition in children with anorexia syndrome and postpartum bloating,less gas lazy symptoms of improvement have a certain effect,but the Chiropractic combination of Lingnan massage method is less built in the soup better results.
