Objective:To explore the distribution, variation, combination and the essence of syndrome’s elements of hyperthyroidism.Methods:(1) Literature research:To systems review literature existed in the Past And recent years,to recognize distributions and the progression of hyperthyroidism.(2) Clinical research:The subjects of this study from the Taiwan randomly collected 97 cases of hyperthyroidism patients. Were collected from the patient’s general information, with the four diagnostic information and related physical and biochemical indicators. With the four With the four diagnostic information using the base of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome factor of four diagnostic information table in Appendix; Physical and biochemical indicators,including:T3,T4;FT3,FT4,and ultrasonic instrument.Results:(1) The age groups of the position syndrome’s element integral comparison, results show that the syndrome’s element of kidney and hyperthyroidism has significant correlation. And results find that the syndrome’s element of kidney and 20-50 age group has the significant correlation (P< 0.05). The syndrome’s element of kidney in the 20-50 age group compared with less than 20 years of age group and more than 50 years old groups is more relevant. Comparison of the characteristic syndrome’s element integral, Deficiency of Yin, Yang hyperactivity and each age group there are a significant correlation.(/>< 0.05).Deficiency of Yin, Yang hyperactivity and 20-50 age group have the significant correlation^< 0.05),in 20-50 years old group is above 50 years old group more than the correlation.(2) Gender of the position syndrome’s element integral comparison, results liver syndrome’s element integral is significantly higher than other syndrome’s element integral. Spleen syndrome’s element integral is statistically significant in males, females (P<0.05). The position syndrome’s element integral to Deficiency of Yin is statistically significant in males and females (P<0.05).Heat syndrome’s element integral also has a very significant difference(P< 0.01).(3) Goiter and in the syndrome’s element of liver, phlegm, hyperactivity of Yang show a significant correlation (P<0.05). TSH and the syndrome’s element of liver, phlegm, hyperactivity of Yang show a significant negative correlation (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) The Position syndrome’s element integral distribution is as follows:liver>heart> kidney> spleen> lung. The characteristic syndrome’s element integral distribution is as follows:Deficiency of Yin> hyperactivity of Yang>phlegm> heat.(2) Pathogenesis:This disease is the actual situation mixture of certificate, Defieieney of Yin for the pathogenesis of this.(3) Combination of hyperthyroidism syndromes pattern by the syndrome elements:Defieieney of Yin> hyperactivity of Yang> phlegm-turbidity> excessive heat> Yin Deficiency Heat>qi zhi stagnation>Deficiency of Qi>Blood deficiency.
