| Objective:Climacteric syndrome is a series of symptoms presented in changing physiology and mentality before and after menopause of women.Parts of women can’ t adapt to such a change,so symptoms are relatively obvious or even impact daily life.With the social development or changes of family environment,and aggravation of life pressure,it is widely common that women feel unconformable in climacteric.This is the cause for lots of social and family problems.Unfortunately,treatment of modern medicine on the disease is not ideal,thus one of critical research objectives is to look for a safe and effective therapeutic method in modern medicine circle.Effects of Chinese traditional treatment for the disease are significant and it has a few side effects and has favorable clinical advantages.The study regards patients with climacteric syndrome caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin as clinical observational objects.The treatment combines traditional Chinese medicine with abdominal acupuncture.Moreover,the study makes a comparison between pure traditional Chinese medicine and pure abdominal acupuncture,hoping to provide data for clinical applications and establish more normative optimum proposals to cure the disease.Methods:It will be diagnosed as liver-kidney-type menopausal syndrome,and 90 patients were enrolled in the study voluntarily,apply research method of random contrast,the patients were divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)30 cases,and contrast group one(pure Traditional Chinese medicine)30 cases,contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture)30 cases.The treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)combined with Oral Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan Jiawei of abdominal acupuncture,contrast group one(pure Traditional Chinese medicine)combined with Oral Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan,contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture)combined with abdominal acupuncture.Under the condition of the same treatment several times,it is scored by Kupperman,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome score and sex hormone test results were compared to observe the improvement of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.In the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)and contrast group one(pure Traditional Chinese medicine)after the treatment,then compare with the score of Kupperman;there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);The treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)and contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture)after the treatment,then compare with the score of Kupperman,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).The results showed that the improvement of Kupperman symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the contrast group one(pure Traditional Chinese medicine)and the contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).2.About the improvement symptom of Kupperman,hot flashes sweating,insomnia,anxiety,depression,fatigue,muscle pain and headache scores,there were significantly different(P<0.01)after compare before and after the treatment of the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine),There were significant differences in the scores of vertigo and palpitations(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other symptoms(P>0.05).The results showed that the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)can improve the hot flashes sweating,insomnia,anxiety,depression,fatigue,muscle pain,headache,dizziness,Palpitations.3.There was significant difference(P<0.05)between the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)and the contrast group one(pure Traditional Chinese medicine);there was significant difference(P<0.01)by compare the score of TCM syndrome after the treatment.The results showed that the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)is better than the contrast group one(pure Traditional Chinese medicine)and contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).4.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome effect was 93.33%in the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine),the total effective rate of the contrast group one(pure Traditional Chinese medicine)was 78.57%,the total effective rate of the contrast group two was 77.41%,the results show that the in three groups of treatment efficacy comparison,the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)is better than the contrast group one(pure Traditional Chinese medicine)and the contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).5.Comparison of serum E2 levels among three groups after treatment:there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01)after compared the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)with the contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).The results showed that improve the level of serum E2 in the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)was better than the contrast group one(pure traditional Chinese medicine)and the contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).6 Comparison of serum FSH levels between the three groups:there was no significant difference(P>0.05)by compare the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)with the contrast group one(pure Chinese medicine);there were significant differences(P<0.01)by compare the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)with the contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).The results showed that the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)reduced the level of serum FSH,which was comparable with the contrast group one(pure traditional Chinese medicine),and better than the contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).7.Comparison of serum LH levels among three groups after treatment:There was no significant difference(P>0.05)by compare the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)with the contrast group one(pure abdominal acupuncture),there was no significant difference(P<0.05)by compare the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)with the contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).The results showed that the treatment group(acupuncture combined with medicine)reduced the level of serum LH,which was comparable with the contrast one group(pure traditional Chinese medicine)and better than the contrast group two(pure abdominal acupuncture).Conclusion:Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan Jiawei Combined with Abdomen Acupuncture for the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome of Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency,it is superior to pure Traditional Chinese medicine treatment in improving the Kupperman score,TCM syndromes score,and serum endocrine indicators in three areas.The effect is significant by acupuncture combined with medicine,it is safe and reliable,and with further research and clinical value of the promotion. |
