| Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of relieving liver and reinforcing spleen and promoting blood circulation and detoxication method combined with diet therapy in patients with HBV related chronic liver disease, and discusses HBV related metabolic abnormalities the nutritional requirements, then provide a correct diet guidance for HBV related chronic liver disease patients.Methods: This research 180 patients met the inclusion criteria enrolled in this research and were divided into three groups, namely the control group,Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group.All patients received conventional medical treatment. The control group received conventional medical treatment, the Chinese medicine group patients received relieving liver and reinforcing spleen and promoting blood circulation and detoxication Chinese medicine compound preparations,and the Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group patients received relieving liver and reinforcing spleen and promoting blood circulation and detoxication Chinese medicine compound preparations and diet therapy. Clinical data was collected from all patients for consecutive four weeks.By collecting and analyzing systemic clinical information, including anthropometry, serology and quality of life and other aspects of the acquisition, we observed the clinical curative effect of relieving liver and reinforcing spleen and promoting blood circulation and detoxication treatment combined with dietary adjustments for HBV related chronic live disease patients with nutrition metabolic abnormalities, to complete the clinical study of three groups of patients with nutrition metabolic abnormalities.Results:Relieving liver and reinforcing spleen and promoting blood circulation and detoxication method combined with diet regulation can effectively improve metabolic abnormalities of HBV related chronic liver disease. From the view of nutritional and metabolic indicators, to patients whose anthropometry showed weight loss, low weight, muscle protein consumed, the control group showed aggravation tendency, while the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group gradually alleviated, and it is more significant in Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group than Chinese medicine group. In aspect of abnormal lipid metabolism, from the statistical results,it can be seen that patients with abnormal lipid metabolism in the control group did not get improved, but worse, while Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group showed a good effect in regulating blood lipid, and the efficacy is more obvious in Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group than Chinese medicine group. In sugar metabolism, from the statistical results,it can be seen that in the control group it showed an increasing trend, the average glucose level in Chinese medicine group showed a downward trend,and the mean blood glucose level in the fourth week was near normal level. The improvement of blood glucose regulation in Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group more significantly,and the mean blood glucose level in the fourth week was normal. For Chronic liver disease scale integral, through observation of four weeks, the control group presented a score increasing trend, the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group showed a decreasing trend, and it is more obvious in Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group.As to fatigue self-assessment scale aspect, the control group fatigue rating scale score gradually increased and fatigue aggravated,while the fatigue get alleviated in the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group, and it is more significant in Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group; In aspect of TCM symptoms integral, the integral in control group gradually increased,while it decreased in the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group. As to inflammatory indicators of the liver, the level of ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, TB in the control group increased after treatment, especially in the fourth week rose to the highest; the level of ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, TB were significantly lower in Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group, and the decrease in Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group were more significantly. As can be seen from the liver synthesis indicators, the synthesis of proteins of HBV-related chronic liver disease patients with metabolic abnormalities was a reduce performence, including various serum proteins, such as albumin, prealbumin, retinol binding protein,.The index decreased was not obvious in control group.The liver synthetic function of the fourth week of the control group were significantly lower than the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group; The indicators of synthesis in Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group were elevated, and it significantly higher in the fourth week in Chinese medicine combined with dietary adjustments group than the Chinese medicine group.Conclusion: relieving liver and reinforcing spleen and promoting blood circulation and detoxication method combined with diet therapy has significant clinical effect.It can effectively improve the three major nutrients metabolism in patients with HBV related chronic liver disease, improve the regulation liver of sugar metabolism disorders and abnormal lipid metabolism, promote liver synthetic function, repair liver inflammation, improve clinical symptoms and signs and serological indicators, thus improve the quality of life. |
