With the rapid development of science and technology,high-speed machining center,flywheel energy storage,air compressor,high-speed centrifuge,high-speed aircraft and many other areas have urgent demand for high-speed and ultra-high-speed motor.Because of its prominent advantages in the field of electrical transmission,high-speed motor technology has received more and more attention by domestic and foreign experts.When the high-speed motor is in the high-speed and high frequency operation,the loss of stator made of traditional silicon steel increase significantly,results in the motor efficiency reduced and leads to serious motor heat,reduces the motor performance significantly.This makes it difficult to the design of motor cooling system.The amorphous alloy strip has characteristics of high frequency and low loss.It can be applied to high speed motor to realize its higher power and higher speed operation.It has great research and application value in high speed motor field.However,the design technology of high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor is not mature and needs further research.In order to solve the design problem of high-speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor and achieve the goal of high-speed and high-power density,with the support of National Science and Technology Support Program and National Natural Science Foundation of China,the design of topological structure,the loss and thermal distribution characteristics,motor optimal design,the test method of high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor,and so on are studied.The main work has the following aspects:(1)The current industrialization of amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor is axial flux permanent magnet motor.In order to broaden the application areas of amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor,from the rotor strength point of view,radial magnetic flux and axial magnetic flux rotor structure are studied.Point at the problem of high speed surface permanent magnet motor(SPM)strength calculation,according to the material mechanics and elastic mechanics theory,the mathematical calculation model of rotor strength is built with sheath,permanent magnet,and rotating shaft,also in the calculation model consider the temperature rise and axial stress of rotor element.Based on the proposed model,analyze the effects of sheath thickness,shaft material properties,and interference on the rotor strength.Also,interior permanent magnet motor(IPM)strength is deduced,and analyze the effects of magnetic bridge,reinforcement size on rotor strength.Finally,based on the study of rotor strength,the force characteristics of axial and radial flux permanent magnet rotor are analyzed.The the surface speed limit values of different rotor structures are summarized.(2)Aiming at the problem of the loss calculation of high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor under the power supply of the converter,the method of field-circuit coupling is used to analyze the loss distribution of high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor under different converter parameters.The expressions of stator core loss and winding copper loss are deduced,pole slot combination and core magnetic flux density design rules of high speed permanent magnet motor are studied.The effects of parameters on the loss distribution characteristics of high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor is obtained.(3)Based on the calculation of the loss,the cooling system and the temperature rise characteristics of the high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor are analyzed in detail.A circuit-magnetic field-temperature field simulation calculation model is built,multiple iterative calculation method is proposed,the temperature rise of high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor is analyzed accurately.The influence of different cooling medium materials and cooling medium flow rate on the temperature distribution of the motor is analyzed,and the method of the flow rate of the cooling medium was given.(4)Based on the research of key design technology of high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor,prototype is designed and developed,the no-load and load characteristics are tested comprehensively,and the correctness of the design theory and calculation method is verified,it provides a reliable theoretical basis for the application of high speed amorphous alloy permanent magnet motors.
