Almost of all the moral development theory consider that the environment influence the individual moral development. Contemporary university and high-middle school students’moral development in a convenient, quick, easy access to information environment. In particular, social unjust information stand out easily from the ocean of information, becoming influential factors of the students’moral development. There are many sources of unjust information owing to China’s social transformation, adding media’s expansile communication, so students can ofen easily contact social unjust information.Our empirical study find that there is a significant correlation between intaking of social unjust information and university and high-middle school students’ moral development. And this relation is a complex two-way process. The different social unjust information has different influence and the same social unjust information has different effects on different individuals. Social unjust information make a full range of influence on students’ moral development, which influence the moral cognition, moral emotion and moral behavior. The two-way relation is that, on one hand, intaking social unjust information will influence the moral development of students, on the other hand, the student’s moral cognition, moral emotion and moral behavior will also affect the information environment. The research also shows that the social unjust information may impact negatively or positively to the students’ individual moral development. The negative effects include negative moral cognition, negative moral emotion and negative moral behavior. The positive effect is also include the above three aspects. The empirical study also reveals that the "back door" phenomenon and teacher’s unjust behavior have great influence on students’ moral development. Why do people care or concern for social justice? The question can be explained from multiple angles. Firstly concerning and pursuing justice embodies people’s basic respect for human dignity and value. Secondly, justice is usually associated with the interests of the people, paying attention to justice is concerned with their own interests. Finally, justice can meet the people’s various psychological needs, such as the need to belong, control needs, esteem needs. Based on the theory research and empirical analysis, we believe that the multi-level countermeasures should be take to help students deal with the social injust information. The first is the social education. The social education include improvement of social information environment, strengthening the social practice of individual’s moral development and creating the cultural environment for individual’s moral development. The second is the school and family education. School education help the students form correct concept of justice, train students’ independent critical ability and help them to construct the moral quality. Family education is to help children form a healthy personality, the correct values and profound moral emotion. The last is self education. Self education mainly includes developing self moral cognitive level, emotional self-regulation and ethical behavior.
