This paper describes the meaning and the preparation process of multi-sidedbamboorecombining in original status unit. Researth the change on the physical and mechanicalproperties of multi-sidedbamboo recombining in original status unit, try to explore optimalfinger-jointed process parameters of multi-sidedbamboo recombining in original status unit,research the finger-jionted equipment of multi-sidedbamboo recombining in original statusunit, and establish the demonstration production line of multi-sidedbamboo recombining inoriginal status unit in the factory. Finally,make a resonable assessment to the social value andeconimic benefits of multi-sidedbamboo recombining in original status unit and its equipment.this research is to promote the dustrial production of multi-sidedbamboo recombining inoriginal status unit, key technical parametres that determine the line eqipment ofmulti-sidedbamboo recombining in original status unit and industrial production program andapplication in the field in architecture technical support of multi-sidedbamboo recombining inoriginal status unit.In this paper, the innovation and the main conclusions are as follows:1)Multi-sidedbamboo recombining in original status unit was cooked and dried process,the color becomes deeper. Specific performance: coMPared with the untreated bamboo, itscolor from yellow to white to brown. Lightness parameter L*bamboo decline, a*decrease ofapproximately25.32%; red and green axis chromaticity index a*showing a trend change tothe red axis, changes in the range of19.43%; yellow-blue axis chromaticity index b*showinga change to the blue axis relative to the the trend in the variation of the amplitude of25.4%,the the bamboo surface of the color begins to move closer to the central axis direction of theyellow-blue axis. Comprehensive color△E*is9.42, bamboo become darken.2)The dimensional stability of treated multi-sidedbamboo recombining in original statusunit have been significantly improved. Compared with entreated bamboo, the volume ofair-dry and dry volume of a downward trend of multi-sided bamboo recombining in originalstatus unit. Air-dry volume shrinkage rate relative increase to22.48%and22.52%relative increase in the dry volume shrinkage rate; air-dry volume swelling rate is relatively therelative increase to28.25%, after absorbing water volume swelling ratio relative increaseto19.31%.
