The Study Of The Mechanisms And Path Of Urbanization Development In The Context Of Regional Integration In Yangtze River Delta

A city is a product of the development of productivity, and its development, which has an impact on the emergence and development of human society, is one of the largest geographical evolutions. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, tremendous progress is made in China’s urbanization development, and urbanization has become an important way to promote China’s economic development and social progress. However, urbanization is a complex process and some problems have been emerged in the process of urban development in our country.This paper combines with the background of economic globalization and regional integration, summers up the related domestic and international urbanization theory, analyzes the impact of regional integration on the urbanization development, and thus researches the mechanisms and path of urbanization development in the context of regional integration. Meanwhile, the paper takes Yangtze River Delta urbanization development as an example, which emerges a high level of regional integration, analyzes the mechanism and path of the urbanization development in Yangtze River Delta, and then proposes some institution innovation and policy recommendations to promote regional urbanization and also to provide with theory basis and practical guidance for other areas’urbanization development.This paper is divided into nine chapters, the first four chapters are the theoretical part;5to8chapter use the Yangtze River Delta as an example to research the mechanism and the path of development of urbanization under regional integration background; the last chapter is the conclusion and prospect part. The specific research contents of each chapter are shown as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part, and mainly introduces the background and significance, the basic concepts, the ideas and framework, the main content and innovation of research.The second chapter is some related theoretical review part, mainly describes literature review on the urbanization and regional integration.The third chapter chiefly describes the status and experience of urbanization and regional integration of typical areas in home and abroad.Chapter four analyzes the mechanisms of urbanization development in the Context of Regional Integration. Regional integration through the various factors affecting the process of urbanization in the indirect effects.Chapter five and six respectively analyzes the basic overview of urbanization and integration of development trends in the Yangtze River Delta, which is to prepare for the paper’s empirical research.Chapter seven use recent years’statistical data of the cities in Yangtze River Delta, through the Analytic Hierarchy Process, Principal Component Analysis and other methods, to analyze the relationship between urbanization and regional integration in process of regional development, in order to clarify the effect of regional integration in the urbanization impetus mechanism.Chapter eight, through the analysis of the mechanisms of urbanization development in the Yangtze River Delta, proposes the path and policy recommendations to promote regional urbanization, so that to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for urbanization development of the region and other region.Last chapter is entitled the conclusions and outlook, summarizes the preceding eight chapters, and put forward the inadequacy of current research and the direction of the further study.
