Micro-blog popularized among all the Internet users around the world, so that the audience can access and select the information more actively and have more options and expression rights, meanwhile, looking forward to express their shelves and attract attentions and comments.Therefore, the influence of Micro-blog is improved and attracts more concerns. The development of China’s Internet is considerable complexity which combined the areas of economic, political, social, cultural, etc. These make Micro-blog not only play the role in the social level, and often involves a hot problem in the realistic society, such as official corruption, social ethics, social equity and justice and so on. As an important channel for citizen consciousness into public opinion, Micro-blog plays a more important role in circulation and transmission than traditional mass media, thus avoiding the many significant details were screened out.Traditionally, the unofficial public opinion spreads verbally and has obvious regional characteristics, while large-scale transmission needs time and more social psychology.
