Robot ethics is a new discipline-oriented which arises with the continuous extension of research and applications in computer science and related fields. Robot ethics, network ethics and artificial life ethics all belong to the computer ethics. The research of network ethics has been relatively mature at home and abroad. Artificial bioethics has also got some progress and achievements. However because of the relatively late start of the robotics technologies and application, the research on the robot ethical issues are still in the exploratory stage. With the advances of robotics technique, the robot ethics also attracted attention at the end of the last century. There are also some questions for that if the robot should have ethical decision-making ability, if it can think by itself and if they can be regarded as a moral human subjects involved in the production capacity and other aspects of life.Because of the development of technology, the robots turn from "mechanical machine" into "living machine". Especially with the continuing integration of modern biotechnology, the robot may get more intelligent than human. It is prompted that the robot thought need a greater level of flexibility and room in philosophy and ethics for development. Meanwhile, the "living machine" also changed the relationship between man and machine. The machine is not just a tool of human, we need to maintain harmony between man and machine. Especially when the robot developed to have self-awareness or even get self decision-making ability, the robot will even seek similar human moral status. As thus, human and robot must be facing a serious philosophical problem, arc human and robot equivalent on the ethical concepts? If the answer is yes, then whether the Asimov’s three laws of robot fails? Conversely, if the answer is no, then along with the update of the robot’s learning ability, awareness and understanding, how can we know the topic of "people=robot" which was proposed by Burks. We recognize that in the process of exploring robot’s moral ability and ethical consciousness, the first task is to sort out its ethical characteristics that presented in the process of establishing and analyzed the hot issues in the application of robot, and as far as possible address and resolve the confusion that caused in the development process of the robot ethics to the impact of human ethics. In the road of robot ethics researching, people usually start it from three aspects:the first is the top-down research approach, the second is a bottom-up research approach, and the third is a combination of the first two research approach. However, due to the differences in cultures, consciousness and political forms, etc., it is difficult to find a uniform standard on issues related to ethical issues in robotics research. We try to explain the relevant principles of applied ethics from cultural and religious point of view, and there are some pioneering to explain the computer science philosophy under the doctrine in the calculation, especially the depth ethical issues of the robot.People should realize that robot ethics involves different discipline, culture, consciousness and other practical problems, and they also established on the basis of empirical investigation on the two major areas of science and humanity, the study of ethical issues on the robot needs to find a similar uniform standard. Especially with the continuous advancement of technology and the constant update of the human mind, the core principles "do no harm" in applied ethics between human-computer may also need to have further breakthroughs. Although we cannot completely solve the problem of robot ethics lies in the future of technology and the update concepts of human, this attempt of contention and explore arouse people’s attention at least, thus to help human achieve balance in science, technology, ethics and the unity of our own concept.
