Post-graduate education (PE), as the highest level of higher education, is facing new challenges such as globalization, informatization, education innovation and social transformation. It is high time to deal with problems come along with these challenges. Moral education, as an essential part in PE, should be paid great attention to. For one thing, moral education is one of the crucial principles that drive forward and guarantee the quality of post-graduate education; for another, the national policy also consider moral education as the "Primary" part of education. However, currently, post-graduate moral education lost its significance in practice. Sometimes, it becomes a mere formality. Therefore, many scholars and researchers have done many case studies and theatrical analysis, trying to find solutions to the problem. Great contributions they have done, while problems still exist, and further studies still need to be carried out.Moral education for post-graduates is totally different from that for undergraduates. The varied Subject and Objective decide that we should observe the moral development of post-graduates more carefully. At the same time, we ought to watch out the new challenges in this technology-exploded society, namely the We-Media era, have dramatically changed people’s habit of study, way of life and style of work. Unfortunately, there is no such a power system that is strong enough to settle the new challenges, and to support the moral education in this new era. The We-Media is a new tool that the general public use to entertain, communicate and get information, moreover, it have become a way through which people involve themselves in social management, and raise their own voice in all kinds of matters. As a result, We-Media wins popularity immediately. This has brought both opportunities and challenges to post-graduate moral education. However, the hasty and stable approaches took by the current universities couldn’t keep up with the dramatic change in the new era and have caused the falling behind of suitable moral education. This paper analysis the issue of post-graduate moral education in the We-Media era bases on the studies of features and functions of We-Media. We will define the scope of moral education for postgraduates, observe the current situation of their moral development and provide proper strategies to improve the moral education in this era. Empirical approaches such as case-studies, questionnaires and interviews are carries out comprehensively and specifically to find the root of the problem. Generally, the paper can be divided into five parts:team construction, content designing, environmental development, supporters planning and transformation of approaches. We hope it can provide new perspectives and approaches for the practice of post-graduate moral education.First, the paper studies the origin, classification, characteristics of the We-Media. Besides, both positive and negative and positive functions of the media are analyzed as well. Then, the study comprehensively reviewed the content, function, significance and problems of moral education, so as to provide a bird-view over the development in history. After that, the paper discusses the close relationship between the We-Media and moral education, based on which, puts forward the rare opportunities and challenges it has brought to us.The regular pattern of postgraduates’moral development should be taken into account while doing the study. According our research, postgraduate students have high expectation for their jobs, diversify in their life styles, and are more stable physically and mentally. Consequently, the influence they get in the development of moral cognition is homogeneous; then, their demand in moral emotion fade while transformation is superficial and expression is contrary; next, their development of moral shows subjective feebleness, confused in choice, tenacity wearing down and difficulties in practice; another aspect is that their moral behavior shows some trends such as simplification of subjects, imitation of pattern, and vanity of quest. In general, these qualities all have a distinct signature of We-Media era.Issues concerning educational are very subjective. Since that people have diverse purposes of their own, everyone could have their distinctive own understanding on the same fact, which lead to the uncertainty of views. In empirical researches, many irrational factors like values and some other nonquanlitive factors cannot be presented in data. Whereas, data from questionnaire presents the true situation of post-graduate moral education in We-Media era, while interview makes up the shortage of questionnaire with its emotional and intuitionistic suggestions. The issue of post-graduate moral education in We-Media era concerns their cognition, emotion, purpose and behavior, so if we want to know the current situation of post-graduate moral education, and their attitude and understanding in We-Media era, we should analyze both the external and internal factors that have influenced their moral status. To be more specific, external factors include the informatization, globalization, diversification, economization and environmental alienation in social transformation, while the internal ones are related to utilitarian and instrumentality of education. The dilemma of moral education can also be found in the missing of moral curriculum in universities.Questions come from practice and stop by practice. The main quest of this paper is to trace the development of post-graduates’ moral development. So the paper discussed this issue from five perspectives:team construction, content designing, environmental development, supporters planning and transformation of approaches. The approaches are as follows:First, the educational team should be aware of the significance of We-Media, actively be involved in it. Thus, the team can be effectively constructed. Then, the content of moral education can be designed by the combined effort from localization and globalization, virtual and reality and the blending of modern and tradition. Moreover, the government should strengthen it’s supervision and establish certain policy to create a good environment for the development. After that, we should integrate the mass media resources, increase attendance of moral curriculum and modify moral activities according to the different situation in the modern society. Finally, we should change the textual style, which means the tone can be more casual and equal, so that students can accept the moral principles voluntary. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness or moral education for post-graduate students by proposing the ways of moral development in the We-Media era. It is hoped that through such reflections and suggestions, a new route of post-graduate moral education could be found from the root of education.
