This subject also carried out clinical trial to inspection academic thoughts clinical curative effect,which has important significance.Method This study contained a literature review, academic thinking and clinical experience, clinical research in three parts, organized and researched the Professor Zhang Huangsheng’s clinical experience and academic thinking,treating rheumatism by supplementing Qi,removing stasis and dredging collateral.The method used in the literature review section is summary and analysis the records of ancient literature,which are about rheumatism caused by stasis of etiology,Pathogenesis and treatment. Methods used in academic thinking and clinical experience part are to summarize and organize Professor Zhang Huangsheng of rheumatism academic thought, experience of clinic and using herbs. Section of clinical research.To observe the level of platelet and related factors between the normal group(40cases) and RA patients(81 cases) before the treatment.And then 81 RA patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group(42 cases) is treated with Bitongding capsule(3 capsules each time,3 times everyday) and LEF(20mg,everyday). Control group(39 cases) is treated with LEF(20mg,everyday). RA patients were compared with before treatment normal group(40 cases) by PLT,PCT,s PECAM-1/s CD31,PAF,PDGF-AA,IL-6,IL-11,TNF- α,which are significantly higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05).PDW and MPV are significantly lower than those of the normal group(P<0.05).It prompted the high blood coagulation status of RA patients.The platelet count, platelet parameters are related to the activity of RA. After 12 weeks of treatment,the result is observed. The level of PLT, PCT, s PECAM-1/s CD31, PAF, IL-6, IL-11, TNF- α are significantly lower than those of before treatment,MPV,PDW are significantly higher(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The treatment group improved more significantly than the control group.It is suggested that the capsule can effectively inhibit the secretion of platelet activating factor and related factors.So as to reduce the activity of RA and alleviate the blood stasis.
