Objective:To observe the curative effec of Hu Luan decoction with in assisted reproductive techniques(ART).Research the feasibility and effectiveness of the Patients with Hu Luan decoction in the long program of IVF-ET.Through the study Hu Luan decoction with in vitro fertilization-embry transplantation Patients,evaluation the value of Hu Luan decoction.Discusses in Hu Luan decoction with in ART each link mechanism,clinical treatment for help.It has been clear about the Hu Luan decoction for assisted reproduction is of great significance.It illustrates Traditional Chinese medicine in assisted reproductive technology to provide more accurate starting point and basis.Methods:120treatment cycles which conforms to the diagnostic criteria and Kidney deficiency symptoms are divides into2groups at randonr.Hu Luan decoction with western medicine group of60cases, Western medicine group of60cases.The control group using conventional long plan,which is GnRHa/r-FSH/HMG/HCG solution.The intervention group take Hu Luan decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.To observe the following indicators of the two groups patients:HCG day endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,endometrial blood flow Applebaum type,spiral arteries blood flow pulsation index and resistance index,Gn days,Gn dosage,the number of eggs,the rate of High quality eggs,fertilization rate,the cleavage rate,high quality embryo rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,kidney deficiency syndrome curative effect and integral, etc.And the final influence on pregnancy rate and alive birth rate. Results:1Endometrial receptivity In the intervention group,HCG day endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow Applebaum type,spiral arteries blood flow pulsation index and resistance index have significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05).The intervention group is better than the control group.2Clinical symptoms In the intervention group,kidney deficiency symptoms improved obviously,which has very significant difference compared with control group (P<0.05).The intervention group is better than the control group.3In the intervention group,Gn days,Gn dosage,the number of eggs,the rate of High quality eggs,fertilization rate.high quality embryo rate,pregnancy rate have significant difference compared with control group (P<0.05).The intervention group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1In IVF-ET treatment cycle,Hu Luan decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of kidney empty, decrease the Gn days and Gn dosage,improve the number of eggs,the rate of High quality eggs,fertilization rate,high quality embryo rate,it also improve the quality of eggs and embryos.Eventually it improve the clinical pregnancy rate and alive birth rates.2Hu Luan decoction can increase the endometrial thickness of HCG injection day in the induced ovulation cycle,improve the endometrial blood flow Applebaum type,and it also can decrease the spiral arteries blood flow pulsation index and resistance index,increase the blood perfusion of the uterus artery and endometrium.Eventually it improve the endometrial receptivity for embryo implantation, this is also one of the mechanism for Hu Luan decoction to improve the IVF outcome.
