To Investigate The Treatment And Medication Principle Of Premature Ovarian Failure Based On The Data Of Clinical Study Literature

ObjectiveThis study aims to systematically analyze the treatment and medication principle of premature ovarian failure (POF) based on the literature of modern clinical study on POF.MethodBased on the prescription used in the POF clinical study of TCM, statistic method is used to analysis the treatment principle of POF. Firstly, a database of the Chinese herb used in the prescriptions is built by the Microsoft excel software. Then, frequency analysis and cluster analysis (ward’s method) will be used to organize and analyze the collected data to figure out the treatment principle and herb formula of POF.Result1. There are 114 POF clinical study literatures with 122 types of herbs are used. The total frequent of herb used is 1377. According to the frequency analytic method, the replenish type of herb is the largest group used in the prescription. There are 43 type of herb belonged to this group. The total frequency of this herbal type used among all the studies is 912, with the ratio of 66.23%. The second large type of herb used is the one activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis herb, with 136 frequency and ratio of 9.88%. Astringent type is on the third place while the heat clearing type is on the forth one. The former with frequency of 76 (5.52%) while the later one is 73 (5.3%).2. The 4 qi,5 flavor and Zhang Fu meridian belongs of the herb:Regard to the 4 qi nature, most herb have the nature with cold, warm and neutral one. The cold nature herb accounted for 35.2%, while the warm one accounted for 34.4%. There are 25.4% of herb contain the neutral nature. With regards to the 5 flavors, sweet, bitter and pungent are the most frequently flavors among the herbs. There are 38.6% of herbs is sweet in flavor, while the bitter one is 25.9%, the pungent one is 19.2%. Concerning the ZhangFumeridian belonging of the herb, most herbs belong to the five Zhang meridians. About 31.4% of herbs belong to the Liver meridian while 23.4% of herbs belong to the kidney.3. According to the analytical principle of statistics, the herb with the cumulative frequently% more than 50% will be counted as the highest frequently herb. All the highest frequently herb can be formed a basic prescription POF: Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch, Cuscuta chinensis Lam, Angelica sinensis Diels, Dioscorea opposite Thunb, Lycium barbarum L., Epimedium brevicornum Maxim, Cornus officinalis Sieb. Et Zucc., Paeonia lactiflora Pall.4. Use of animal products:There are 6 drugs, which are animal products, including... They can be divided into warm and cold nature type. They have sweet and salty in flavors and belong to the liver and kidney meridian.5. Cluster analysis:With the use of spss22.0,29 high frequently herbs are analyzed by the ward’s method of cluster analysis. The treatment principle of POF in TCM:To replenish the liver and kidney and nourishing the blood is the basic principle of POF treatment with the aid of smoothing the liver and reinforcing the spleen herb. Besides, the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis herb and the animal product drug also play an important role in the treatment.2. The result of the cluster analysis can be used as reference of different type of POF with the use of the basic formula described as above.
