Diabetes has become the third serious threat to human health, following the tumors, cardiovascular disease chronic diseases. The skin of patients with diabetes was vulnerable to damage, often repeated episodes of injury, delayed healing, a stubborn refractory ulcers. Although the incidence of diabetes-induced skin damage initiation factor is unclear; but the presence of microorganisms of the surface of the skin lesions inducing and aggravateing has been confirmed. The family of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are type â… transmembrane protein, by identifying conserved pathogen-associated molecular patterns (pathogen associated molecule patterns, PAMPs) to sense the presence of pathogenic microorganisms, playing important role in immune recognition and inflammatory responses. Our study has found that Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides plays a very important role in diabetic lesions immune regulation. Some studies found increased apoptosis and inhibited proliferation in diabetic lesions, which led it difficult to repair. We found when treated with Ganoderma lucidum, the TLR2signaling of keratinocytes was activated. The activated TLR2can promote IKK phosphorylation, which can promote I kappa B degradation. Degradated I kappa B can promote NF-kappaB translocate to nuclear, which can induce survivin expression. The enhanced expression can inhibit apoptosis and promote proliferation, protecting skin from diabetes lesions. |
