1. Dynamic Spectrum (DS) theory, based on analysis and characterization of thephotoplethysmography (PPG), can minimize and hopefully eliminate the individualdiscrepancies of the tissues except for the pulsatile component of the artery blood.Wavelet transform was used to filter the DS signal and result was used to compare thecorrelation of one patient signal and the modeling prediction result, which could beused for discussing the effect of the quality of the DS signal after data processing bywavelet. The BP neural network was used to establish the model between hemoglobinconcentration and DS data to make prediction of new patient’s hemoglobinconcentration. The influence of the measurement condition on the DS data’s qualitywas analyzed by this method. The PLS validation model between blood componentsconcentration and DS data was established to analyze whether the DS method caneliminate the individual discrepancies and minimize the influence of measurementsurrounding. The data of hemoglobin and glucose measurement by DS was comparedwith the conventional method using statistical analysis, whose results guarantee theeffectiveness and accuracy of this non-invasive blood components measurementmethod.2. To determine the blood constituents in acute coronary syndrome patients group. The results showed that there was obvious difference in hemoglobin and glucosebetween the different conditions, and there was strong relationship between them andthe blood vascular demage markers. The study indicated that some hemotologyconstituents would be changed as the illness grew worse, and advanced the bloodvascular injury, but the healthy group had no this phenomenon.3. It was increased for numbers of circulating endothelial cells shed off vascularwall in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), and caused the function of thecoagulation syetem to disorder, the risk of thrombosis was increased. There wasrelationship between the level of parameters with the fibrinolysis and endothelialsyetem and the cardiac function. So we can through the markers to learn thethrombophilial with CHF elderly patients accurately, it has also contributed to theassessment with the process and anticoagulation therapy effictive.4. Because of a large number of endothelial cell loss from the vascular wall andthe lower EPCs, there was more serious blood vascular injury in Graves patients withatrial fibrillation than those of patients with no atrial fibrillation, leading to an increased risk of thrombosis.5. The level of vWF:Ag, FⅦ:A, FIB, TAT and PAI:A were higher than controlin the patients group of peripheral arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO). The level of theendothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) was decreased markedly in patients group, itindicated that the self-repairing capability was deficient for blood vascular, and thedysfunction in hemostasis and coagulation system was persistence. There was severethrombosis risk in the patients of blood vascular damage serious over the slight one.
