The Supporting Research About Rural Construction And Traditional Building Environment In Guanzhong Region Of Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of Contemporary Urbanization

Guanzhong region of Shaanxi province has long history and culture, and the rural traditional architectural environment has the profound origin and distinct characteristics. However, with the accelerated urbanization, currently, the rural construction and traditional architectural environment in Guanzhong region has become vague and had deep change and conflict.This article tries to combine rural construction and traditional building environment, with rural construction and traditional building environment support in Guanzhong Region as the proposition to expand the research. First, the author analyzes the geographic composition of rural construction in Guanzhong Region, concludes the type and characteristic of traditional building environment in Guanzhong Region, discusses the rural traditional building environment disintegration caused by the national rights penetration after 1949, and points out that the village vanity after 1978 is the feedback of negative effects of population mobility and urbanization process on the village. Second, the author describes and analyzes the contemporary urbanization process in Guanzhong Region, making interpretation and analysis in such four aspects as environment, society, economy and construction for problems and confusion caused by rural environment in Guanzhong Region. Third, the author makes explanations for related mechanism of traditional building environment support in Guanzhong Region. The author argues that supportive relationship between traditional villages and building environment under the restriction of natural environment has homogeneous and isomorphic characteristic, then explores three mechanisms of rural construction and traditional building environment in contemporary Guanzhong Region: the first is the drive mechanism traditional building environment support; the second is the response mechanism of rural construction space development; the third is the security mechanism rural construction and traditional building environment support. Fourth, the author divides the regional space of the rural construction in Guanzhong Region by means of drawing lessons from relevant theory and knowledge of national main function division, and comes up with the idea of “three big spaces” of rural construction of Guanzhong Region and spatial pattern of “three layer structures” of rural construction with the county territory as the unit. Finally, the author also proposed three methods, patterns and application range suitable for the rural construction and traditional building environment support with a target combining theoretical knowledge of architecture and other majors and from the perspective of methodology.This paper is divided into 7 partsIn the introduction part, mainly raising problems, dynamic state of rural construction and traditional building study and building concepts closely related to the proposition.In the second part, it is about the characteristic and transformation process of traditional building environment in Guanzhong Region.In the third part, it is about problems and confusions.In the fourth part, it is about the analysis of related mechanism.In the fifth part, it is about the space division of rural construction in Guanzhong Region.In the sixth part, it is about the theoretical primary investigation and method study of rural construction and traditional building environment support.In the seventh part, make a conclusion for the full text and make overall arrangement and stress the core idea.The innovation of the research in the paper is reflected in three aspects:1. From the geographic feature of spatial territory of Shaanxi Guanzhong Region, the author first proposed the “three big spaces” of rural construction of Guanzhong Region and the concept of“three layer structures” with the county territory as the unit. The spatial pattern of “three big spaces” and “three layer structures”proposed in this article has spread to a certain degree in rural development intension and extension and reached the category of “urban and country community” theory research-oriented height.2. From the perspective of system theory, the author first proposed such concepts as “Drive mechanism”, “Response mechanism” and “Security mechanism” and pointed out their impacts and significance in rural construction development and traditional building environment support.3. From the perspective of methodology, the author first proposed such concepts as “Orientation support”, “Reconstruction support” and “Reverse support” Construction of this group of concepts is to “discard the dross and keep the finer part” and “simplify things” for the significance of rural construction environment and the purpose of building this group of concepts is to illustrate the logic of rural construction practice better. In consideration of such characteristics as difference, regionalism and complexity of rural development proper of Guanzhong Region, constructing concepts is beneficial to provide theoretical basis and guiding role for rural construction of contemporary Guanzhong Region and guiding local government to formulate the policy.
