Monte Carlo method can be closely to the real simulation of particle transport processes in the medium, and the fine particle physics simulation is the basic of simulation accuracy. The existing Reactor Monte Carlo particle transport simulation program usually aimed to the specific reactor, which lacked in particle type, physics process type, energy range and physics process correction, so they can not meet the requriment of design and analysis for the advance reactor and commercial reactor at the same time. Some problems in particle physics process treatment such as epithermal neutron need to be resolved too.Based on the requriment of advance reactor and the research of neutron/photon physics process and exsting program, the neutron/photon physics process system in the common energy range was set up in this work, this system fully considered the basic physics process of neutron/photon and the correction during different energy interval which has good scalability. The neutron process included basic process, and also considered theram neutron, unresolved resonance range, the energy range of neutron was considered from10-11MeV to150MeV, based on these, the study and realize of epithermal neutron with the method of Doppler Broadening Rejection Correction (DBRC) based on weight correction also included in this study. The photon process included basic process and the photonuclear reaction, and the energy range was considered from1keV to100GeV. At the same time, the nuclear data were reclassified by the system which can make the search and call of nuclear data more flexible and convenient. Based on this, the neutron/photon physics process was realized in the Super Monte Carlo Simulation Program for Nuclear and Radiation Process (SuperMC). To verify the correctness of the neutron/photon physics process, series benchmark tests were selected in this study, included International criticality safety benchmark tests, International neutron/photon leakage rate benchmark tests. The test results showed the correctness of neutron/photon process. At the same time, the BN-600hybrid core was chosen as the comprehensive test, the test content included the effective multiplication factor of BN-600, the calculation results of SuperMC agreed well with results of MCNP and related literature, all of these verified the correctness of neutron/photon physics process realized in this study. And then, the shielding design and analysis of Chinese Fusion Engineering Testing Reactor (CFETR) was developed which based on the method and program developed in this paper. The neutronics results of optimization scheme were agreed with the results of MCNP which shown the correctness of method developed in this paper, and preliminary proved its ability in the field of nuclear energy applications.
