In our country, the iron ore tailings stockpiling accounts for nearly1/3oftotal storage, and tends to increase year by year, but at present the comprehensiveutilization of tailings is only7%. Therefore, with the increasing number and yield ofopen mining, the harm caused by iron tailings pile is gradually emerged. Huge amountof cultivated land and vegetation were occupied by large tracts of stacked ironore tailings, which causes the resources wasting, environmental pollution, geologicaldisasters, restricts the regional economic development and leads to a series of socialproblems.Therefore, from the actual recycling situation of iron tailings resource in ourcountry, based on the point of view of sustainable development, the research intends toseek the effective way of comprehensive utilization of iron tailings resource, especiallythe application method and promotion measures of in civil engineering. In order toimprove the ecological environment, and find a series of social contradiction solution,through the summary of a large number of relevant research literature analysis,combined with the large range of detailed investigation and research, experience andlessons of domestic and foreign iron ore tailings recycling were analyzed andsummarized to find out main reasons of existing problems of tailings iron recycling.The series of analysis and research on the technical feasibility, civil engineeringconstruction field in the recycling economy, environmental protection, applicabilityand extended the application were conducted, main contents and researchachievements include the following aspects:1. Iron Ore Tailings in the technical feasibility was analyzed in the field of civilengineering construction of recycling. To analysis and sum up the basic performance of a lot of experimental research on iron tailings, chemical and mineral composition,thermal, alkaline environment as well as the basic state, followed by iron ore on the tail,the natural sand and natural sand mixed with iron tailings-two three performancecomparison experiment, this paper proved the iron tailings with crack resistance, frostresistance, acid and alkali resistance and durability performance of qualifiedengineering from the technical level demonstrates the feasibility of iron ore tailings inthe field of civil engineering construction of recycling.2. Iron Ore Tailings in environmental protection and economic efficiency wasanalyzed in the field of civil engineering construction of recycling. Based on theconcept of circular economy, evaluation system model and the use of carbon emissionsreduction value calculation method, dynamic practical benefit analysis, combined withpractical engineering, the iron ore tailings recycling economy and environmentalprotection, environmental and economic benefit were studied quantitatively. Thepractical feasibility and necessity of iron ore tailings in the field of civilengineering construction of recycling were also analyzed.3. Iron Ore Tailings was evaluated the applicability in the field of civilengineering construction of recycling. By applying of matter element extension model,and drawing on the construction field evaluation index system, following the basicprinciples of designing evaluation index system, the construction of iron ore tailingsrecycling effect evaluation index system, iron ore tailings recycling applicability forevaluation of extension evaluation matter-element model and tailings of iron based onCCM method of the recycling technology of model were established. The effectivenessand applicability of iron ore tailings in civil engineering construction in the field ofregeneration were more accurately evaluated, Finally, combined with the examples,themodel’s validity was tested.4. Iron Ore Tailings recycling technology in the field of civil engineeringconstruction was promoted and implemented. By summing up the regenerationproblems using technology in the promotion and implementation, this research set theguiding ideology and basic principles of technology popularization. At the same time,through the recycling Game Analysis between the parties involved,the balance between the interests of all parties involved was determined. On this basis, this paperestablished recycling system promotion of the iron ore tailings, and put forward thecorresponding policy recommendations.
