With the rapid development of the arterial traffic like highway and rail way, the detriment of geological disaster along the lines has been increasing. The geological disaster has seriously restricted the social and national economic development. Therefore, the study explains the mechanism, spatial and temporal distribution characteristics, activity routines and interrelations of the disasters through research of the geological disaster to provide theoretical basis of forecasting and preventing geological disasters scientifically; we acquire the information of the disaster and provide the early warning and decision support for disaster resistance and alleviation as well as emergency rescue through emergency monitoring; we immediately master the development trend of the disaster and we recognize and forewarn the hidden danger like secondary disaster through tracking monitoring of the disaster.This paper, geodetic surveying technology as its starting point, probes into the multidisciplinary coalesce of the advanced technology, which includes geology, physical geography, remote sensing, geographic information system(GIS), and also apply to low altitude photogrammetry, airborne laser radar and high resolution remote sensing. It is based on the demonstration area of arterial traffic in Fujian Province, and it puts forward a series of detection means and methods which apply to the special geological conditions along the main line in order to supply services to the periodic patrol, evaluation, monitoring and paroxysmal geological disaster emergencies meeting, safety danger removing.The main content and achievements of this paper includes:(1)The study has studied and established low-altitude photogrammetric system which is propitious to the geological disaster monitoring along the arterial traffic; and optimized the layout program of low-altitude photogrammetric field monitoring point; The study has put forward an image matching tactic that is based on SFIT algorithm along with Harris operator; and successfully acquired the high precision aerial image of the geological disasters along arterial traffic, moreover The study has acquired the normative DOM, DEM, etc., and provided basic view data for emergency meeting and monitoring of geological disasters.(2)The study has analyzed and researched the onboard Li DAR Gordian technology, we also have come up with the method of targeted excluding algorithm of isolated point and cluster for gross error handling of the cloud data, and the study has studied the gradually encryption algorithm based on grid for data filtering; and We utilized track markers and segmentation and classification to extract ground architectures and vegetation. The study has also acquired the basic geological data of arterial traffic demonstration area such as high precision LiDAR point cloud data and relevant DEM. What’s more, the study has exploit the onboard LIDAR detection and data immediate processing technique for fast monitoring of geological disasters.(3)Through the systematical study of the geological disaster remote sensing image processing core technique, we aim at the character of geological disasters to build up remote sensing interpret tag, and have finished geological disaster remote sensing interpretation of the demonstration plot by the numbers. We studied the geomorphic types and fault structures and formation lithology drainage slopes which relevant to the growth of geological disasters, and compare and analyze the extraction method of geological disasters which is based on the multitemporal remotely sensed image, to provide the foundation for regional disaster estimation and to offer gist to the factor of the growth of the disaster and prevention measures.(4)The study has finished censuring the geological disasters in demonstration plots through the combination of the multi-source information for the disaster research of Fujian arterial traffic. As for the overall distribution characteristics, the paper had the administrative division study, analyzed the disaster-inducting factors, put forward relevant prevention scheme, and evaluate the comprehensive partition danger of demonstration area geologic disaster, which provides support for future disaster prevention management.(5)Through the systematic analysis of highway geological disasters and the function of information system and organizational structure, the study explores the development and management of the system database, which makes a detailed plan, and puts forward the visualization analysis; Meanwhile, the study builds the design project of geological disaster emergency database for surveying and mapping information services. And the information sharing system are also established. Gradually, the study builds stable and reliable information management platform.
