In this paper, supply chain with demand uncertainty is as the research object. We simulate and demonstrate the value of information sharing in supply chain, and design the basic framework and model of information sharing incentives mechanism on the basis of game theory, mechanism design and supply chain contract. Then we further research information-sharing incentive mechanism in supply chain with dual-channel in e-commerce environment. In finally we build the basic theory of digital information resources supply chain and primarily explore information-sharing incentives models in digital information resource supply chain. The goal is to analyze coordination mechanism in supply chain and encourage retailers to participate in information sharing in order to increase or maximize the the overall profits in supply chain so that the members'decision-making is the same with the overall goal in supply chain, and obtain the optimal value of value-added for the different subjects who participate in information sharing in supply chain, and optimize social resources and management costs. The paper analyzes the following five aspects of the research:(1) The value of information sharing in supply chain. Based on two parameters of inventory costs and backorder penalties as performance evaluation in supply chain which is proposed by Z. Huang and A. Gangopadhyay, we initially establish their approximate function expression, and construct performance measurement mechanism in supply chain and multi-level supply chain model to simulate and demonstrate the value of information sharing in multi-level supply chain and the value of information sharing of different information sharing strategy in multi-level supply chain. Simulation data and results analysis show that:From the inventory levels and the order quantity view, no matter what kind of information sharing strategies, suppliers and distributors can benefit from information sharing, but retailers can not benefit from information sharing; Information Sharing Strategy have an impact on the performance of supply chain, and if the degree of the information sharing is higher, its impact is greater. That is shipment information-sharing strategy to bring the best performance in supply chain, and demand information sharing strategy is better, order information-sharing strategy is the worst. And it is verified that our constructing performance measurement mechanism in supply chain can directly test the impact of different information sharing strategies on supply chain performance.(2) Information sharing incentive models in supply chain. Based on the Game analysis of demand uncertain information sharing model, we design the improved partial information sharing incentive mechanism in supply chain, and use price discrimination strategy to design demand uncertain information sharing incentives model. The Equilibrium Solutions and Game Analysis obtain the results that it is effect for information sharing incentives mechanism based on demand uncertain information-sharing and price discrimination strategy to add the overall supply chain performance only if under strict constraints, else the benefits will decline for retailers participating in information sharing. The conclusions indicate that it is very important the information should be screened whether information-sharing generate added value or not in the supply chain; while only if under certain conditions it is effective to use price discrimination strategy to design information-sharing incentive mechanism. When the external environment and their own ability are the same for retailers to perfect competition, retailers sharing information win more benefits, and eventually achieve the Pareto optimal stable equilibrium of full information sharing only if the demand uncertain information with normal distribution is falls on the left of the normal distribution.(3) Information-sharing incentive model in dual-channels supply chain. Based on the game analysis to use price discrimination strategy for information sharing model in supply chain with a mix of electronic direct marketing and retail channels in e-commerce environment, we design partial information sharing pricing incentives model for dual-channel supply chain and the demand uncertain environment patial information sharing incentive model in dual-channel supply chain. Game solution and analysis of the three models show that information sharing can increases the overall performance, and price discrimination strategy is stable equilibrium, and traditional channels and e-channels are able to coordinate and co-exist only if the respective models must be under some strictly certain condition in supply chain with dual-channels.(4) The theory-building issues on digital information resources supply chain. Based on the theory of supply chain management, combining the characteristics of digital information resources, we propose and establish the basic definition about digital information resources supply chain, and investigate the concept of information sharing and research content in digital information resources supply chain, and preliminary study the basic operating framework and its information-sharing feature in digital information resources supply chain. The digital information resources supply chain refers to digital information resources as the main connection of the supply chain, not only including video, music, movies and other new types of digital information resources, but also mainly consisting of digital text as the core operational management processes. The most important feature of Digital Information Resources Supply Chain is that the product can be transmitted on the network without the physical form of logistics, so it can save logistics and inventory costs. According to supply chain management theory suggests that digital information resources supply chain information sharing refers to order information, demand information, cost information, user information and other related sharing information except of the product information between supply chain upstream and downstream in the network transmission process of digital information resources supply chain. Based on the characteristics of product itself and channel in digital information resources supply chain, digital information resources supply chain is divided into based on profit-driven digital information resources supply chain, based on public goods attributes of digital information resources supply chain, and based on interest-driven digital information resources supply chain three kinds. Combined with information life-cycle theory, we preliminarily study the basic operational framework of these three kinds of digital information resources supply chain and their respective characteristics of information sharing.(5) Information sharing incentive model in digital information resources supply chain. From the perspective of supply chain to research the competition and coordination mechanism among multiple subjects of digital information resources, we introduce the concept of general supply chain into digital information resources to study their competition mechanism, and use game theory to solve, and to analyze, and to design information sharing incentives mechanism in digital information resource supply chain. Digital book industry is characterized by profit-driven main features digital information resources supply chain; we construct information sharing incentive model of digital information resources supply chain. Digital network of academic journals is the main features of public goods and the profit-driven digital information resources supply chain; we build digital information resource supply chain with dual-channels share incentive model. By solving and analyzing game equilibrium of these model, they are found the effectiveness conditions for digital information resources supply chain information sharing incentives model and price discrimination strategy condition of stable equilibrium, and the effective conditions of information-sharing, stable equilibrium conditions of price discrimination strategy, and the coordination conditions between direct distributing and retail channels for digital information resources supply chain with dual-channels information sharing incentives model.In this paper based on simulate and demonstrate the value of information sharing problem in supply chain, we bring forward further stimulate retailers of supply chain information sharing to increase overall performance in supply chain and to increase retailers' profits in order to make retailers willing participate in information sharing. Then we design demand uncertain partital information-sharing incentive model in supply chain based on game theory, mechanism design and supply chain contract; build information-sharing incentive model based on price discrimination strategy; further extend these ways to design and analyze information-sharing incentive model in supply chain with dual-channels.
