The Multidimensional Evaluation Research On Supply Chain Performance

With more competitive globalization, shortening of product lifecycle and the improvement of customer's expectation, the enterprises start to pay more attention to the Supply Chain Management. It changes the traditional competition pattern. Themarket competition translates into between the Supply Chains from individuals and single enterprise. The selection of every node in Supply Chain follows the principle of power-and power union, so gathers the economic resources which have most market competitive power. By supplementing each other and integrating resource and power of enterprises, exerting overall potency, core competitive power of each enterprise is fused into integral competitive power to enhance market competitive power greatly. Traditional performance management is focused on individuals and single enterprises, however the performance management tailored to Supply Chain system is in great short. So developing whole evaluation research on performance has important academic and practical meaning. This thesis carries through mostly the following research on Supply Chain performance evaluation aiming at Supply Chain optimizing.Firstly, it sets out from Supply Chain basic theory, expatiates the basic content of Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain performance evaluation, narrates the actuality inside and outside the country of Supply Chain performance evaluation, analyses the difference between Supply Chain performance evaluation and enterprises performance evaluation and the lack of traditional performance evaluation index, the characteristic and designing principle of index. This establishes base for the following evaluation.Secondly, it establishes index system based on BSC, applies Unascertained Set carrying through quantitative evaluation on the circumstances of known classify judge matrix of single index. First applying Information Entropy and AHP confirm the weight of index. Then applying US estimate and distinguish. By the last example it indicates that the method based on BSC-US has wider foreground than traditional method.Thirdly, we apply unascertained means carrying through qualitative evaluation on the circumstances of unknown classify judge matrix of single index based on the above index system. It gives the theory and arithmetic of unascertained means. This method gives out not only the classification result but also the subject degree what they are affiliated with of every index and every stylebook. It has better reference and extending Value.Fourthly, it establishes the input-and-output index system based on Rough Set attributes reduction and adopts Malmquist index computing TFP. It decomposes Malmquist index into technology progress index,resource collocation efficiency index,pure technology efficiency index and scale efficiency index carrying through analyzingand evaluation. Conclusion indicates economic analysis based on Malmquist index can promote the trade progress and the improvement of the whole trade efficiency level.Lastly, paper sums up the research process and puts forward the expectation of farther research task.
