The Research On The Measurement Of Information And The Impaction Of Regional Economical Growth

With the arrival of the information era, the development of human society arrives at information society from industrial society, informatization has surpassed the traditional industrialization in its influence on the society, and the degree of informatization has been the new sign of comprehensive national power and competitive power of a nation. All countries or regions are developing informatization actively to improve the comprehensive national power. There is a big gap between our country and developed countries in informatization level. Jiangsu province is province of economic powerhouse and great informatization, and it has important strategic position and geographic advantages. Doing research on the influence of informatization to economy development has Great practical significance to accelerate national economy and social development by making using of informatization in Jiangsu.At first, this paper studied the relevant concept and its meaning of informatization. At the same time, we analyzed the theories and models of domestic and foreign informatization. On this basis, in accordance with the theories of informatization measurement and the principles of selecting informatization measurement index system, we gave the model of informatization measurement, which was suitable for Jiangsu province actual situation, and estimated the level of informatization of parts of Jiangsu province in a certain period of time.Secondly, the paper compared the informatization level of Nanjing and parts of regions in Jiangsu province. At the same time, by application of cluster analysis method, divided 11 regions in Jiangsu province into four groups in accordance with their informatization level. Moreover, by application of variance analysis method, compared the average informatization index of these four categories, and found that there existed significant differences among them.Again, this paper used modified C-D production function to establish the panel data models of informatization index in the regions of Jiangsu province and output, and did empirical study about the relationship between informatization and regional economical growth. Further, we focused on the C-D production of Nanjing city as well as the relationship of between its three industries output and informatization. By the empirical study showed that informatization had a very strong effect on the regional economical growth, and it was the most important production factor of economical growth.Finally, on the basis of cause analysis about informatization construction, combined with the development status quo of Nanjing informatization and national economy, against the achievements and problems of Nanjing informatization instruction, this paper form many aspects put forward some countermeasures and proposals in strengthening informatization construction to promote Nanjing economic development.
