Promoting coordinated development between the rural education human capital and economy, is one of the keys to resolve three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers. It also affects the development of rural economy and the increase of farmers' income in a certain extent.This paper, takes Jiangsu, Henan, Gansu for example, with the interrelated methods, studies the correlation between the rural education human capital and economy, and measures the extent of coordinated development between the rural education human capital and economy. It also analyses the influence factors.Firstly, basing on a comprehensive narration to foreign and domestic research, the paper gives methods of research and basal frame; secondly, this paper studies the correlation of rural education human capital and three factors which have affinity with economy. These factors are farmer' income, transfer of rural labor force, the gap between urban and rural. The particular approaches are: 1 .based on summarization on the instances of three provinces, this paper measures the correlation between farmers' income and rural education human capital, checks out the function of them, finds their defects through contrasting finally;2.analysing the correlation between transfer of rural labor force and rural education human capital from theory, then by using of data, this paper also measures the particular effects of rural education human capital on the transformation of rural labor force, also discusses the problems of them;3.finding out the correlativity between the urban-rural income gap and rural education human capital, analyses the effects on the urban-rural income gap from rural education human capital particularly; thirdly, based on above research, counting the extent of coordinated development between the rural education human capital and economy, and classifying provinces of China according the results.The conclusion of this research is that there are many problems consisting in the coordinated development between the rural education human capital and economy, besides, these problems are different from each other in different regions. Finally, aiming at these problems which are dig out though research, some policy suggestions are put forward.
