With economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, corporate have entered into the strategic operation times, which means to seek maximum long-term interests. Therefore, corporate management has also got into the age oriented to strategic management. Guided by the long-term strategic goals, corporate must not only create and keep the harmonious environment for their own development, but also strive for symbiosis and win-win situation. Should our corporate enhance their own creativity and core ability during competition on the above-mentioned basis could they reach the goal of sustainable development.How to evaluate management level and strategic management performance of corporate directly relates to the enforcement of corporate' strategic objectives, the upgrading of management level and ability, the improvement in corporate' strategic competition and the correct application of strategic controlling method. Coincidently, enterprise performance appraisal, as a control and management system of modern corporate, is not just a self-supervision, self-constraint and self-evaluation method, but also a strategic management tool for our corporate to make strategic managing plans at the background of modern strategic management. Generally speaking, performance appraisal plays a strong guiding role in corporate management and those corporations with better performances desire for excellent performance appraisal system which help them make whole-time monitoring in corporate operation and dig out potentials in order to fight against any operation risks. So it is necessary to establish an entirely new strategic performance appraisal system for corporate to measure their operation management performance under the premise of improving, perfecting and completing traditional performance appraisal system.Based on the full study of appraising system and method in the listed company both at home and abroad and such theories as biology, economics and other relevant branch disciplines and guided by sociology, management and other relevant disciplines, this paper absorbs the theoretical and practical achievements in the enterprise appraises studies both at home and abroad, analyzes their deficiencies and problems and propose to establish a new trinity corporate' appraisal system (that iscombining fiscal performance, operation performance and social performance)-that is symbiosis strategic appraisal system. This new appraisal system is suitable to the strategic operation management environment and can measure strategic performance scientifically and effectively.As to research methods, we applied regulatory study, empirical study and case study. Firstly, beginning with corporate' social responsibility and through symbiosis theory, we make a research on the relevance between corporate' social responsibility and strategic performance in such ways as spot interviews and questionnaires. Secondly, go deep into the valuation of corporate' performance appraisal and its arouse appraisal theories. In this part, key indicator analysis method is applied to design indicator system, analytic hierarchy process is used to ensure index weight, performance appraisal model is established and empirical inspection and case study are taken to prove causality between operation performance and fiscal performance, fiscal performance and social performance, social performance and operation performance.The conclusion is that operation performance, fiscal performance and social performance comprise a performance chain of corporate' symbiosis performance system and form a closed-loop cycle which means operation performance propels fiscal performance that pushes social performance which then again propels operation performance and on and on like a clock. This cycle is a strategic performance appraisal clock model. As time goes by and with social performance improving, the loop cycles once and operation and fiscal performance will be upgraded and set up a healthy and eternal development model co-existing and win-win with relevant interests.
