On the background of network economy, the paper researches on the "Logistics Organization Network (LON) " that are formed by the specific logistics resources which are apart from the enterprise, by support of the network technique and on the basis of the cooperation. Because the close organizational pattern of the enterprise can not make the most of the social resources, this dissertation exerts modern organization theory, brings forward the logistics organization innovation pattern which is on the basis of openly using logistics resources. It means that the logistics service providers satisfy the customers' need, integrate the resources on the platform of "Logistics Organization Network" and provide the best logistics service according to the demanders, in order to overcome the localization of the traditional logistics pattern. It also makes use of the creative thinking and the internal cooperate-competition system, pushing to optimize and integrate the social logistics resource elements effectively.Organization network is a new research area that attracts the people's attention, at the same time, the theory of the department cooperation-competition and the theory of resource-ability have been developed rapidly. After researches on the literature and development of the logistics both home and abroad are made, the dissertation focuses on the structure and operation of LON. During the research, the dissertation exerts logistics, management science, system science and so on, using the method of the qualitative and quantitative analysis, researches the meaning, structure and operation of the logistics organize network. Further more, according to the computer and symbolic organization theory, the dissertation uses the actual examples, takes the dynamic simulation method and does more investigations on the logistics organize network. This dissertation has an importation meaning to integrate the logistics resources, improving the logistics service and promoting the logistics service innovation both on theory and practice. The dissertation has come to some creative works and conclusions as follows:(1) Bring forward the concept of "LON", analyze the logistics organization network in different aspects, such as: dynamic opening specialty, cooperation and innovation specialty, service, conformity resource. It also researches on the cooperation principle of crunodes in the LON, from the indeterminacy and expense during the dealing.(2) Research the complexity structure and model of the logistics organize network, promote the idea that the benefit is limit to the users which is led by the extension of the logistics enterprise network. Logistics organization must take together all possible methods into a more width internet; realize the sharing of the resource, when all of those do well, the service will be improved.(3) Reveal the operation principle of the LON, research the key point of the LON which realizes the resource integration through interation of the crunodes, it also resolves the behavior of the insufficiency and gamble action through communication, realizes the network cooperation through the self-organization and self-adoption.(4) Simulate the operation process of the LON, adopt the PCANS model, make use of multisided charts and affiliation network and describe the operation model of LON. Meanwhile, the paper, on the idea of objects, practices the abstract of the questions and objects during the logistics service. In the end, the dissertation designs an analog system which researches on the operation of the LON.In addition, there are 44 figures and 11 tables in the dissertation. We also have referred to 171 reference documents.
