B2B network is so dramatical phenomena in Information Technology Age. Supply Chain, Out-resource, Electron-marketplace, Alliance, all of them are the representatives. There are some of arguments for B2B practice problem in real time from theorists and operators: Lot of firms haven't got the anticipant effects from the IT investment, Supply Chain managing couldn't carry into execution effectively. B2B marketplace were to the bad over time. So, there are many researchers focusing on B2B phenomena. Those research have the almost consistent agreement through their different directions: Network forming and expanding are essence characters relate to utilizing information technology. Network is the result of resource conformity with different firm. During the process of conformity, it is the so important. to design and select the coordination form among the firms.The coordination is the factor of network governance. Some scholars expanded the viewpoints that Williamson,O.E. (1979) stated the coordination modes by the combination with asset specificity and frequency. Those researchers put forward the basic coordination forms: bilateral coordination, trilateral coordination: Bilateral coordination depend on the self-competence to negotiate with each other, trilateral coordination depend on third part (center) to deal with the coordination. But they haven't analyze how those coordination mechanism operate. and haven't distinguish the influence to coordination between network connection behavior and dependence behavior .So their analysis need to be deepened .B2B network depend on the information technology .There are great of changes including operating cost, linking risky, network extension, therefore, coordination form would be shown the new characteristics.: from mode design to operate rules. The dissertation focus on this approach. Through identified the B2B network characteristics, the paper distinguished the network behaviors into two parts: linking behavior and dependence behavior .Linking behavior is the network forming decision, dependence behavior is conformity and cooperate with each other. The paper inferred the B2B network forming process by new classical economics methodology. Thereinto, B2B network structure and opposite coordination mode were endogenesis, when the information technology would be a middle production factor which result in the trade off for people between division effect and transaction...
