Informatization Measure Research

This paper thinks that information economics is a comprehensive system by analyzing economic system, and purposes a method of Meta-Synthesis which scientifically determines affect of information economics on the whole. The paper analyses the Input-Output data with the Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH).Firstly, this paper analyses informatization situation of China and classifies some Chinese region on basis of Measure Index System of Chinese informatization Level,futher studies character on angles of construct , condition and function by means of the Objective System Analysis and reconstruct the Measure Index System of informatization on the angle of function, so, the paper gets fundamental information economics conditon. Secondly, the study conducts a quantitative analysis of IT departments and other departments involved on basis of the Input-Output Stable, by means of Multi-Level Interpretative Structural Model (ISM). Then a further analysis of the inductivity shows that IT as one of the major factors involving the local economic growth is now the key hindrance that lays much claim to rational decision-making. Thirdly, analysised input-output production table by the method of Interpretative Structural Model, this paper studies position of information industry in industry system of China and relativity among industry.Futhermore,this paper gets the relativity among information department and other department on the basis of studing position of information department in industry system.Sum up, this paper calls for more scientific institutionalization of industrial policies, in the hope of sustainable and stable development of local economy and hence In the course of analyzing information economics contribution to the development of region economics.
