As the competition of worldwide economy is becoming fierce, faced to limited resource to the enterprises development, the enterprises' green cooperation is increasingly becoming an important research field of corporation environment management. Only a few of inter-enterprise green cooperation by establishing industrial eco-chain is being discussed at present. In this case, both of the green cooperative behavior and its performance between different firms for industrial surpluses' recycle and reuse are to be studied in this thesis by focusing on the inter-firms green cooperation for industry eco-chain.Firstly, a comprehensive research on the following theories—Resource Based Theory, Transaction Cost Theory, Social Exchange Theory and Industrial Ecology etc. is discussed and the theory of inter-firms green cooperation is educed. Enterprises establish industrial cooperation mode through different enterprises industrial eco-chains to increase recourse usability, decrease cost and set up enterprise's image of environmental protection. These above are all the motive mechanism for the enterprise carrying out green cooperation.The author compares and analyses enterprise and its industry eco-chain by using systematic analyzing and modeling method to disclose material metabolism and recycle flow mechanics on the basis of industry metabolism. The author also put forward more simple industry eco-chain self circular material flow and step recycle material flow basic model and their mathematic expressions model.Secondly, the author applies economics method to educe the theory on the economic behavior of the enterprises' green cooperation. Material-reuse enterprises are firstly analyzed and defined in view of material-reuse enterprises' development. Exploitation and utilization of those materials as a recycling and reusing resource in industrial ecosystem are analyzed by using the methods of mathematic modeling and economic analyzing. The author puts forward mathematics models of their enterprises' economic activities. In this thesis, the enterprises' green cooperation and these influence factors are analyzed as the research object of manufacturing enterprises by above analysis. The influence variables of inter-firm green cooperation are divided into basic cooperation variables (such as relation experience, the future orientation) and particular cooperation variables (such as green cooperation will of enterprises administer; matching degree of industrial eco-chain).Thirdly, 122 valid questionnaires are received, which was from 100 enterprises that at Tie Xi New Industrial District in ShenYang, China. By applying SPSS statistics software and AMOS structure equation model analysis software, the auther analyzes above basic cooperation variables and effective factors. The structure formula path is achieved from study. The study shows: five (5) basic cooperation variables are connected with the seven (7) particular cooperation achievement variables. This study also verifies the theoretic hypotheses of this research.Finally, the author sets up two econometric models of LuBei Chemical industrial eco-system in according to eco-productivity index and industrial symbiosis' ecological benefit index based on studying ecological benefit and agglomeration benefit. Two econometric models are verified by the empirical data of enterprises' green cooperation. According to the results, this research concludes some propositions for the future quantitative study, and some arguments are suggested as for the theoretical and practical aspects.
