Study On Sme Cluster's Development Of Traditional Industries

Under the circumstance of economic globalization, knowledge and science and technology increasingly importance, SME cluster in the traditional industries has become a bright light in our country economy development.On the basis of the SME cluster's development status in our country traditional industries of in economic globalization process, this dissertation carries on research its evolvement rules about cluster formation, growth, advantage foster and risks management.The whole dissertation combines the typical case about the development of SME cluster in the traditional industries with the related theories knowledge of the economics, system science, management science and sociology, using the method, such as an analysis of the usage case, the system dynamics analysis, the comparison analysis etc. , reflects the evolvement rules of SME cluster in the traditional industries , aims at the currently existent problem of SME cluster in our country traditional industries and gives the counter management suggestion.The whole dissertation comprises nine chapters:Chapter 1:It summarizes the overviews on cluster formation, growth and competitive advantage...etc., and elaborates the industrial structure theories, comparison the advantage theories and competitive advantage theories of this research basis.Chapter 2:It reviews and summarizes the history and contributions of our country traditional industrial development, then research the development status and challenge, points out the future development direction.Chapter 3:It gives the definition, characteristic and the development definitions of the SME cluster in the traditional industries, and using the industry life cycle theories briefly analyzes the SME cluster development stage in the traditional industries, finally analyzes the SME cluster development status in our country traditional industries.Chapter 4:From the macro industrial level and the micro enterprise level, it analyzes the influence factor in cluster formations, and from driving mechanism mainly analyzes a series of SME cluster operating principle ,such as cluster effect, entrepreneur spirit, competitions and corporations mechanism, mimicry and study mechanism, the network mechanism...etc. Finally it researches the cases of littoral and central region SME cluster formation.Chapter 5:It mainly analyzes the SME cluster learning mechanism, the technique innovation mechanism, competition and corporation mechanism in the cluster growth, emphasis on analyzing SME cluster growth path in the traditional industries, that is cost path, market path, the government path and technology innovation path.Chapter 6:Firstly it analyzes the source of advantages of SME cluster in the traditional industries: (1)Exogenous comparative advantage theory holds that the low technical ability labor denseness industry is still the most competitive industry in our country now; (2)Endogenetic comparative advantage theory holds that the traditional industries development should base on exogenous comparative advantage, combine endogenetic comparative advantage, such as system improvement, organization experiment; (3)Using the economics principle of resource-based view analyzes the source of advantages of SME cluster, namely, creating various economic rentals. The point of this chapter is that using the division of labors and professions economics theories, combining the system dynamics principle, establishing the system dynamic archetype to analyze the cluster advantage formation mechanism: (l)Analyze the system dynamic archetype /which the competition and corporation mechanism in the cluster different levels creates the cluster advantage; (2) Analyze the system dynamic archetype ,which the competition and corporation mechanism in the cluster same level creates the cluster advantage; (3) Analyze the system dynamic archetype ,which the cluster enterprises' lengthways cluster creates the cluster advantage;(4) Analyze the system dynamic archetype ,which the cluster enterprises innovation pulling effect creates the cluster advantage.Chapter 7:Based on summarizing the overviews on cluster risks research theories foreign and abroad, it defines the SME cluster risks in the traditional industries, and classifies the risks in the nation, cluster and enterprise levels.
