Study On The Support System Of Sustainable Urbanization

Urbanization is an inevitable trend of development of human society. China's urbanization process is basically in line with the phasic rule of world urbanization development, and it has entered the stage of rapid development. Half a century's experience and lessons in China's urban development show that China's urbanization is in general towards a healthy direction; however, a series of resources and environmental issues still exist. Moreover, China's resources and environmental factors are to some extent undersupplied. The key to solve these problems is to take China's resources and ecological environment guarantee extent as constraints, and to utilize the role of market and the government fully and rationally. In this way, the process of urbanization can keep in step with the new-type industrialization road, adjust to resources and environmental carrying capicity, follow close the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, guide modernation to maintain a reasonable speed and quality of development, and thus guide urban growth to the scientific selection of urbanization in line with our actual development path and model---sustainable urbanization.To speed up urbanization, we must first deepen the theoretical study of sustainable urbanization, have an accurate grasp of the meaning and dynamic mechanism of sustainable urbanization and the internal and external factors affecting sustainable urbanization, thus providing the theoretical basis for a support system for sustainable urbanization. This paper, by drawing development economics, regional economics, institutional economics, information economics and some related cutting-edge economic theories, and based on the urbanization practice in China, Explores the meaning of sustainable urbanization and mechanism of action from government power and market mechanisms,and for sustainable urbanization n, and Researches on the sustainable urbanization support system from three areas of government action and the institutional environment, infrastructure investment, industry and technology culture.This paper is divided into parts of 8 chapters.Chapter 1, Introduction:this chapter introduces the research background, topics basis, research significance, proposes ideas and methods of the research paper, establishes the basic framework of the thesis, and puts forward the innovation point of the thesis. Chapter 2, Cities and urbanization:The chapter discusses the cities and the theory of urbanization, the nature and complexity of urbanization. Chapter 3,The status quo of China's urbanization:Based on the phases of the urbanization, the chapter makes a general judgment of the current phase, sums up the characteristics of urbanization, and the challenges of urbanization in China, and makes a reflection, and grasps the current situation of China's urbanization as a whole.
