Study In Circular Economy And The Transformation Of Industrial Developing Mode

Circular economy is a kind of priority developing mode of sustainable developing. On China's own developing situation of natural resources and environment, the government decided to change the concepts of development, to create a new economic developing mode, to increase the quality of development. In order to realize this goal, the inputting ways of natural resources and environment in the traditional industrial developing mode of'high investment, high energy consuming, high pollution, low effective, and hard to be recycled'have to be changed, industrial developing mode transformed. The industrial circular economy taking the ecological re-structure and transformation as main contents, will support in nature the transformation of developing mode of traditional industries and system of circular economy to be established. Study in circular economy and transformation of industrial developing mode therefore becomes a focal point.This research makes full use of theoretical achievements present gained, synthesizes material reduce, the research ways of eco-industries, systemic methods and the tools of general equilibrium models, studies the theories and practical use of the transformation of industrial developing mode in synthesis, so as to structure more complete research frame for the theories and practice of circular economy and transformation of industrial developing mode.Circular economy came from industries, which is about the flow of material and energy, the process of manufacture and the industries with input of raw materials and output of products. Transformation of industrial developing mode means the ecological change in nature of the system of industries. On the view of ecological change in nature of the system of industries, in addition the paper researches its structure upgrading and evolution to superior degree on the base of systemic change in nature, and innovations in technology, management and system at the same time. The first is the research on theories of circular economy. The paper thinks that the scarcity and externality basic theories of economy constructs the practical precondition and theoretical foundation of circular economy, and the material equilibrium model forms in nature the basic principle mode of circular economy. By using the material equilibrium model (Walras-Cassel Model) and circular economy cost-benefit model, the research analyses and expounds the circular system in mathematical ways, discusses the quantitative method used in analysis of the structure and characters of circular economy system, and therefore improves the theoretic system of circular. The second is the study about the composed innovation method system of transformation of industrial developing mode and circular economy engineering. Structuring the circular manufacture technology system and ecological industry chain is the basic procedures of building circular economy, paying much attention to the combination and setting up the symbiosis coupling relations between industries inside the structure of industrial economy, the paper proposes the target modes of typical industrial developing transformation, such as coal, chemical, cement and steel industries etc. The third is research on the systemic supporting elements of transformation of industrial developing mode. Transformation needs profound changes of culture and society as supporting, and also needs common effect of systemic elements which are attitude, management and system etc. to push forward and support. The forth is a positive research on the transformation of industrial developing mode of a county in Henan province, and gives concrete theoretical researches, practical models and policy proposes. The achievements of this research may provide preferences for transformation of industrial developing mode in a compound region of different industries, the main research issues have been used in industrial circular economy plan of Xinzheng city. The circular economy industrial park of coal industry in Xinzheng city is under application approving as a circular economy pilot of Henan province.The fruits of study in circular economy and transformation of industrial developing mode mainly lay in several aspects followed:(1) There a new understanding on the law of industrial economy developing. After discoursing systemically the practical preconditions and theoretical foundations of circular economy to be produced and developed, the research expands the contents of researches on economic developing, by analysis of relation between natural capital value and industrial economic developing, and inner link between the industrial economy system and ecological system, the paper analyses and expounds that the industrial development follows the'S'law, and the transformation of industrial developing mode just complies with this law.(2) Structuring and analyzing the systemic model of circular economy, the research changes the descriptive analysis to a quantitative one on circular economy system, and improves the research theories and methods on circular economy and transformation of industrial developing mode. Using the material equilibrium model (Walras-Cassel Model) and cost-benefit model as a foundation, the paper further analyses and reasons the relation between the'three R'principle which is reduce, reuse, and recycle and the transformation of industrial developing mode.(3) The discussion on systemic supporting elements of transformation of industrial developing mode makes the theories about transformation of industrial developing more specialized and operable. Transformation of industrial developing mode is different from past promoted single target of transformation of economic development mode and re-constructing. From the views of ecology and philosophical foundation which is opinions composed by culture, technology, management and system, the research try to set up the systemic preconditions of developing circular economy.(4) The research puts forward the new innovation method system of transformation of industrial developing mode, which is in three layers of enterprises, industrial parks and regions, and the typical target modes of transformation of coal, chemical, cement and steel industries.
