Grinding-classification process in the production process of concentrator is a very important position. Ore-milling classification process control effect to the concentrator,which plays a decisive role in the technical and economic index. In order to improve on the development and utilization of mineral resources, the grinding process control and control method requires constant improvement, currently USES traditional control method has been difficult to meet the requirements, the only intelligent control and optimization control, can satisfy concentrator development needs. But the complex grinding process, the uncertain influence factors, make the grinding process modeling and implementing optimized control become great difficulties.In grinding process at home and abroad for current research of intelligent control , based on the previous research achievements of multi-discipline grinding process control the theory of the fuzzy control, the dressing process, the neural network and expert system multi-discipline grinding process control , refering a fuzzy neural network control system and experts control system, exploring the way of the fuzzy control and expert system combining, constructing the expert system of the grinding process and complete the fuzzy controller, the fuzzy control rules which based on the genetic algorithm controling weight regulator and the communication interface of the expert system design and realization.By the research of the intelligent control of the grinding process , with feasibility study of expert system of the grinding process, requirement analysis of expert system, the idea of system design and write debugging, described the research work in detail about the fuzzy control and neural network and genetic algorithm and expert system. Specific work done as follows:1.In the whole process of grinding production , introduced in expert system to realize intelligent control. The expert system of grinding process is a successful combination of fuzzy control rules,neural network optimization control and expert knowledge repository. Make the situation before of single grinding process control method which was unable to make the grinding process of complex situation get effective control be improved.2.Establish the fuzzy rules weights regulator baseing on genetic algorithm. Based on the genetic algorithm, in the optimum advantage ,using neural network platform, realize the fuzzy control rules weight regulation of the fuzzy control, and in the expert system establish the fuzzy rules weights regulator ,make fuzzy controller of expert system adjust weights of control rules online, further improve the expert system for grinding process control functions.3. Establish the fuzzy control rules which based on expert practical experience. Fuzzy control rules have the knowledge which the mineral production expert support. Make the fuzzy control theory applied in grinding process control realization process, no longer rely on a single computer programming language technology, combine theory and practice, combine the traditional control mode and the modern intelligent control mode organically.4. Establish a complete and practical expert system of grinding process. Realize the matlab and c #.net mix, successfully combine fuzzy controller and expert system organiclly. The concept of data communication of expert system is introduced successfully, and develop the data communication interface for expert system of grinding process.5.In detail introduce the production process of the grinding process and control status of the grinding process and expert system research situation of grinding process and development trend. Determine the purpose and significance of the expert system studies of the grinding process .6.Production process, controlling parameters and the control strategy the of grinding process are in detail researched, and propose the new control strategy and control method of expert system of the grinding process.7.From process, hardware platform, function module and control process, expert system of grinding process is carried on the detailed design. According to the expert system, all key technoloy is studied.8. Focus on studying fuzzy controller which is the core part of the expert system of grinding process. From the practical production situation, carry on the comprehensive analysis for fuzzy controller, and put forward a new fuzzy control rules regulator. Based on neural network, with genetic algorithm with optimization, the successfully realize the online adjustment of fuzzy control rules weights.9. Do a lot of research work for the standard OPC, and put forward the concept which between the upper intelligent control system and the lower specialist equipment join the data communication interface. Determine the data transmission schemes which are based on OPC standard, and achieve data communication interface which is based on OPC standard.10.Realize all function modules of the expert system of grinding process, and as an example to important part of the source code, show algorithm design and algorithm realization process.11. Finally, by laboratory tests and field test of the expert system of the grinding process, perfect and modify the parts of the system function.The research and practice has proved that the expert system of the grinding process is very helpful for in the concentrator ore-milling classification work intelligent control. The expert system of the grinding process is useful to improve the production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, or for the concentrator personnel management from control strategy,control idea and the actual control effect. Along with grinding-classification process operation efficiency and energy consumption reduction requirements increasingly, adopting new control method instead of the traditional control method is imminent.But the expert system of the grinding process is put forward, which is based on mature traditional control method offset the blind spots of previous control, is the latest control technology, which is an important breakthrough for the traditional grinding process control,which is a comprehensive new technology which include computer, automation, machinery, etc. Various disciplines. The expert system of the grinding process has changed the traditional control mode of grinding-classification process, and bring a new control concept for concentrator, it is a symbol which dressing process is from traditional industrial process control to the high-tech era of the intelligent control . Besides those the expert system which is due to the low investment and strong portability has wide application prospects in process control and automation of the metallurgy, portable chemicals, cement, steel and other similar equipment. Therefore, expert system of the grinding process has a wide application prospect.The intelligent control research of the grinding process involves dressing, medicine, science and computer technology and so on, so ideas and methods of the study are also varied for the intelligent control research of the grinding process. From the fuzzy control and expert system, discuss and realize expert system of the grinding process based on the fuzzy controller. But there still are following problems which are worth our further study:1. The effect of ore properties changing in the grinding process is bigger, but because of its sensing equipment having a hard real-time detection, so we are unable to consider this question. If by observing state for getting parameters of ore properties, further establish the model of disturbance, have a positive effect in optimize production control and s table production.2. For actual ball mill system, the expert system of grinding process should constantly expand new expert rules, and through the production practice is improved and enhanced.3. By installing data sensorupdates of updates constantly, increase the collection accuracy of the production data, and achieve all production data real-time data acquisition online, control strategy and algorithm study the intelligent control system is provided for the space where it continues to ascend.
