In information age warfare, it is an important premise of winning a battle obtaining information superiority and information dominance. Form the development of C~4ISR system, the aim of adding sub-systems such as communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance is all for making use of information. It has not been some systemic results from the point of view of information superiority, even very few evolvement in domestic research. This dissertation has conducted some information superiority oriented research focusing on some key technologies such as information acquiring, object recognition, situation assessment, threat assessment, target assignment, effectiveness evaluation of C~4ISR system, effectiveness evaluation of NCW in cognitive domain and so on. The main research and devotement of this dissertation are listed as follows:1. Based on the analysis of physical meaning and campaign course of Lanchester linear law, we proposed a model reflecting the impact of surveillance and reconnaissance on force attrition. The model also discussed the effect of asymmetry information on the outcome of the battle, and conquered the disadvantage of Lanchester equation in modeling C~4ISR system.2. Aiming at the increase of computational cost along with the rise of focal element of traditional DSmT, a fast mass function convergence algorithm based on DSmT is established. Combined with the complexity of modern warfare, a scheme for radar radiating-source recognizing system is provided. The theoretical effectiveness and techniques used are also analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the method we proposed can deal well with the fusion of high conflicting data.3. The problem of weapon-target assignment is analyzed based on Hungarian algorithm. A method is established to settle the n to n scheduling problem, and is extended to n to m case. Simulation results indicate the effectiveness applying to formation air combat and over the horizon air combat.4. Based on the thoroughly analysis of the situation assessment conception, we proposed an assessment scheme of high level bayesian game situation assessment to reflect the subjective intellection. Situation assessment is looked as a more common and initiative alternative process of individuals, rules, military background in dynamic battlefield environment. A situational evolvement is proposed of a given scenario.5. The key research domains of effectiveness evaluation of C~4ISR system are detailedly investigated based on the analysis of evaluation indexes and evaluation schemes. An evaluation method of force effectiveness based on game theory is proposed. The evaluation model of different kinds of strategies is build by matrix game, which realizes the dynamic effectiveness evaluation of C~4ISR system in hostile environment. The analysis and solution of this model is also provided.6. Beginning with obtaining information superiority, the difficulty and main research content of effectiveness evaluation of NCW is investigated. Along with the analysis of the effectiveness of NCW in cognitive domain, a knowledge function is proposed to portray the relation of information sharing and uncertainty quantitatively. The deterioration of network redundancy is modeled using complexity theory. An integrated effective function is given to evaluate the information sharing and network complexity. Simulation results reflect the effectiveness of the proposed method.
