Intelligent Process Model And Its Application

Internet has changed and is changing our world here and there today. In Internet saturated with all kinds web services, applications such as web sites is powerful much more than before to perform various kinds of tasks and provide satisfied services for users. In service oriented Internet environments how to coordinate all kinds of web services to cooperate with each other is facing new challenges different from what traditional workflow technology performs.The first challenge comes from the conversion of customer from enterprise users to common users. In enterprise a business process is normal, unambiguous and stable, so it is very sound to predefine a flow model by experts to control the execution of task. But it is a absolutely different problem when customers become common Internet users. There are so many users with all kinds of individual requirements that either defining a universal flow model for all users or designing specific flows for every users are impossible and unrealistic. On the other hand, users expect a more friendly interactive tools help to submit their requirements, and these tools can normalize user demands, analyze user preferences and understand user intentions.Another challenge is the expanding of tasks' performer in business process from enterprise applications to all web services saturated in Internet. First, web services will explode with number in Internet, and competition between similar web services will come forth. Therefore, users expect a new flow pattern intelligently and automatically resolve this difficult problem. Second, because of absence of business criterion for web services, there are absolutely different operation methods even for services with similar functions, which is another problem to be resolved by a new flow pattern.
