This paper investigates superconducting Josephson junction array Oscillator. Firstly, history and current of superconducting oscillator, background of question choosing, initiation in this paper and solution to the subject are introduced. Then the basic principle, basic structure and key technology of array oscillator are given, from which the models of superconducting array oscillator are derived, which includes the model of two-dimension array and the one one-dimension array. Finally, the models of superconducting array oscillator are simulated and analyzed, and the parameter values are obtained from simulation. A new method and a new technique are applied to the subject to simulate and achieve.The phase-locked oscillation property of interaction between 1-D and 2-D junction array and many inner and outer parameters are intensively researched.The mathematics analysis model of superconducting Josephson Junction Array Oscillator based on the theory of the Josephson junction ac effect is made up.The software used to simulate the model of Junction Array Oscillator is made up. A new optimization method of parameter space is applied to the subject to simulate, some parameters under phase-locked conditions are obtained.A numerical perturbation approach is adopted in the computer simulation. Optimum structure parameters for oscillator circuit designs are determined using these simulation results.Research on superconducting Josephson array oscillator, a national nature Science Fund subject, investigates a high property THz oscillate source with wide potential applications in many areas, such as aerospace, universal detection and object recognition. The superconducting Josephson junction array oscillator is one of most potential research subjects in superconducting fields lately. It is of importance to research the device profoundly for designing high-tech novel superconducting device and equipment and improving the science and technique level in superconducting fields and national defense technique level. The work is useful to explore the theory of phase-locked superconducting array in the submillimeter band and analyze as well as design superconducting Josephson junction array oscillator.
