The research of old literature has been very important in the linguis-tic research By now, old Uyghur and Mediaeval Uyghur document re-search.The research adopted in the metholds of linguistic, historic and philology in order to get further discussions on the ancient documentation Ilmi Zilnaiyya. Compare with other old documents, it is a breakthrough in the area of ancient documentation in terms of its time, content and language both in China and abord.Firstly, the time of the literature is very old. Based on the research findings, the old documents mostly reflect the social life, religious belief of the ancient people. However, there is no any records appeared about ancient science information. Besides, there is no indication of documents before6th century. The first manuscript "Ilmi Zilnaiyy a "(Experiential Science Dialectical Theory) was based on the manuscript of surmi which was written in5113BC. The old script used by surmi are also ap-peared in the document Ilmi Zilnaiyy a. It is assumed that such script probably belongs to certain kind of Indo-European language system. However, there is no definite answer for this question, and it is generally considered as holy scripts of the whole community. Since Ilmi Zilnaiyya is seen as a holy book, at different historical stages, it was copied only by the ancient emperors and their scholars using their own language, then passed it down secretly from generation to generation. Because of the merging and splitting of ethnic groups in the history, this holy book was copied and written in different languages by each ethnic group. The man-uscript studied in this research was first copied and compiled by the an-cient scholars using Hakanya script which organized by emperor Satuk Bugrahan in Qarakhnid, and then copied and written between1919AD and1925AD (it is said this is the fifth copy of the manuscript). During a long time, this manuscript was copied and reserved by different ethnic groups. However, since the secret of this book, other copies are hardly to be found except the one in the researcher's hand. According to the last copier Saydin Abdubaqi, between25th, March,1921to3rd April, he talked to the famous orientalist of former Soviet Union Bartold, it was affirmed that the manuscript (Kaf) written on cow skin which was found in Azer-baijan was kept in the Historical and Cultural Research Center of the former Soviet Union. An'Kaf has the similar meaning with 'surmi Thus, based on the time of the first copy, it can be said that it is one of the oldest documents up to now.Secondly, the manuscript Ilmi Zilnaiyya is an Arabic word. Based on the content, the science which was described in the manuscript was con-stantly proved and testified by generations of scientists. That is why the name of the document was called Ilmi Zilnaiyya which means the soul of experienced science. Thus based on this meaning, this document is called (Experiential Science Dialectical Theory). This document relates to sci-ence information which makes people surprising in ancient times, such as ancient astronomy, geography, biology, medicine, genetics, and other science which names and findings are unknown by us. Since the manu-script are copied and reserved by only few selected people secretly, its content is not in publicity. In compare to the former research, this study reveals more new scientific content, and fills the gap in ancient documen-tation research. In addition, the old scripts appeared in this document is a precious materials in studying development and evolvement of ancient language and scripts. The earliest scripts appeared in Ilmi Zilnaiyya (Experiential Science Dialectical Theory) is assumed as script used by ancient Indo-European language system, but we cannot understand them. Since the document is considered as'holy book'passed down generation by gener-ation, the oldest scripts were also copied in the manuscript, and then tran-scribed into different languages in different ages. Based on the record, the script in this document was copied in Qarahanid using Hakaniya script, which is a special variety between Hakaniya script and Modern Mediae-val中古Besides, it reflects characteristics of modern Uyghur Kashkar dialect. All this mentioned above very much valuable to the linguists in studying language and scripts in different ages. This dissertation includes six chapters. First chapter is introduction. It discusses the background of the research, main contents and significe of the study. It also discusses the reservation, copy and transcription of the manuscript, and lastly is literature review. The second chapter analyzes the scripts and language feature of this manuscript. The third chapter includes photos of the whole manuscript, its Latin transcriptions, Modern Uyghur translation and interpretations. In order to compare the original scripts, Latin transcriptions and Modern Uyghur translation, each page presents all three parts of analysis together. The forth chapter analyzed the language features of the manuscript in term of phonetics, lexicon and grammar. It is then compared with lan-guage features of the old Uyghur, Mediaeval and Modern Uyghur from three aspects. The fifth chapter further classifies and analyzes content information in more detailed manner for the further studies. It includes the names of ancient countries, nationalities, tribes, places of worship, scripts, names of people, religious beliefs etc. It also discusses the person who reserved the scientific equipment called "ahaη raba", the identity of the keeper. In addition, ancient business matters, international academic events, an-cient roads, ancient books are also compiled. The last chapter includes notes, glossary and index.
