Research On The Allocation Of Community Resources On The Basis Of The Concept Of Social-life Space Quality

The concern about the quality of life is the basic feature of modern society, and the pursuit of quality of life has become the ultimate goal of post-modern society.Globalization has become the unavoidable problem of all the cities in a global urban hierarchy since the second half of the 20th century. As a result of economic and social reconstruction, the so-called global urbans have resulted in serious space difference. Chinese cities show the obvious characteristics of transition under the dual roles of market and globalization, thus urban spatial structure has entered a dramatic remodeling process: the differences of urban space are rapidly expanding; and the social space structure of unban is continuously taking apart. In this context, how to promote the quality of life of urban residents based on the socio-economic sustainable development in cities and reflect social justice is focused by the disciplines, such as geography, sociology, and urban planning.From the perspective of urban social geography, this paper points out that the urban community is the people's major social - living space of post-industrial era, and the allocation of resources in their communities reflects the signs of the quality of urban living space. Allocation of resources in urban communities is affected by the structure of urban social space and the structure of living place for people. The research on community resources shows spatial justice with the spirit of "people-oriented" and the concept of community building of harmonious space from the angle of urban society - living space configuration,This paper firstly analyzes the developmental trend of society - life spatial structure of unban. Through revealing the characteristics and rules of development of urban space in the world, it explores comparably the specificity and the characteristics of evolution on society -life spatial structure of Chinese urban.Secondly, it puts forward the concept of resource allocation based on the quality of urban society - life space, on the basis of the carding and summary of the research of the allocation of resources in urban communities at home and abroad, the space concept in the humanist philosophy, the concept of social justice under "the third way" idea, and the concept of a harmonious society.Thirdly, the paper analyzes and expounds the principles and process of the allocation of resources in community under the concept of the quality of urban society - life space, then constructs the evaluation system and mode of the allocation of resources in community based on the concept of the quality of urban society - life space.Finally, the paper, carries out the practice of argumentation on the planning of the allocation of resources in community based on the concept of the quality of urban society -life space, taking a typical urban community of Xi'an as an example, then puts forward the planning of the allocation of resources in community of Xi'an City and its security system under the concept of the quality of urban society - life space.
