The Economic Leap On The Basis Of Sustainable Development

The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that we should take the New Industrialization path, which is an important innovation in the theory of the path exploration of Chinese industrialization. Based on the ground theories of Marxism of political economy, adopting the research methods of historical materialism and dialectical materialism, this dissertation is guided by the exposition on industrialization and modernization mentioned in MaoZhedong Thought, DengXiaoping Theory and the "Three Represents" Important Thought. Meanwhile, making full use of the correlated thought , theories and experiences of developed countries during their industrialization, the dissertation makes a full and systematical study into the path of Chinese industrialization on the ground of a full grasp of the background of the new era of economy globalization, new technological revolution, and the confronting all-around construction of a well-off society.This dissertation systematically illustrates the definition, basic features and evaluating system of New Industrialization, and points out that New Industrialization is a historical process of transforming a region or a country from a semi-agricultural and semi-industrial society into an industrialized society or an informationized society or an_information-industrialized society. It also puts forward that New Industrialization is the industrialization of information-leading, of resources integration, of industries coordination, of town-country interaction, of regional harmony, and of all-around development. And it establishes a new scientific evaluating system. Moreover, taking thestructure innovation, technology innovation and institution innovation as the analyzing setting and nuclear contents of New Industrialization, this paper discusses the strategic goals, developing path and policy selection of New Industrialization, furthermore, it utilizes the research results to analyze New Industrialization in Fujian Province with substantial evidences.This dissertation considers that New Industrialization is the material exhibition of the view of scientific development, is the significant transformation of the developing pattern and path of Chinese industrialization, and is the industrialization path of economic leap on the basis of sustainable development.
