Research On The Theory, Method And Application Of Ocean Economy And Sustainable Development

From the view of complicated system, using system theory and approaches, this paper studies issues of ocean economy and sustainable development, and puts forward system control model with proof and analysis.1.Based on system theory, it brings forward the oppnion of ocean economic system research, constructs ocean economic combined system model, describes features of system and interaction with sub-system. Ocean economic sustainable development is summed with three layers meanings: The substainablity of ocean economy is center, the sustainable of ocean ecosystem is character, and the sustainability of social development is objective. The above three parts are combined to form the kernal of sustainable development of ocean economy, which is very meaningful to instruct develop ocean resources sustainablely. 2. It studies coordination of ocean economic complex system, and brings up the method of coordination of ocean economy: Muti-objective decision making model for ocean economy and ocean sustainable development is set up with muti-objective analysis; With the theory of unbalanced system, it analyses sustainable evolution pattern and realization path of ocean economic complex system .It establishes coordination analysis model between sub-system and internal system of ocean economic complex system with calculation method.3. It studies features, frame and construction procedure and method of evaluation parameter system for complex system. It discusses construction method and principle of evaluation parameter system for ocean economic complex system, sets up systematic system of evaluation parameter, and brings up. 4. Based on Chinese ocean economic development, especially in Hainan province, it puts forward pathway and countermeasure to realize sustainable development of ocean economy.
