Studies On Rationalization Of Industrial Organization In Regional Economy Development

Scientific connotation and theory of industrial organization are redefined personally through systematically studies on industrial organization theory and modern economic-development theory, which reveal the important effect of rationalization of industrial organization. According to the evolvement of industrial organization in other countries, different role of government and enterprise, the object and assignment of rationalization of our regional industrial organization are clarified in detail. In this dissertation, with the positive study of our regional industrial organization, the evolving process, present status and developing trend are discussed, and key factor, path to be selected and strategic measurement are revealed too. It is concluded that, at present in our country, the decisive factor is to reform system of economy, the essential approach is to cultivate enterprise's self-organizing power, and the strategic measurement is to implement the reformation of state-owned enterprises' proprietorship, to restructure large-scale state-owned enterprises and to harmonize the development of all large, medium and small enterprises.
