Some separate regimes had begun to manage their own medical personnel going with the curing effect obtained during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods of China since the traditional medicine produced. From then on, the all after dynasties stipulated for the traditional medicine management system on the basis of the front, starting to search after for the management mode......At last, the ancient medicine management system formed.What is called the medicine management system of the Yuan Dynasty? it indicated that during Mongolia ruled (A.D.1206-1368), the Yuan government constituted and implemented administration system which related to the medicine. It included constitution and implement, the administration institute of traditional medicine coming into being and jurisprudence system established and so on..The Yuan Dynasty reformed ultimately the medicine management system of the Jin Dynasty when inherited the name of the Hospital of Tai that was formed in the Jin. Which named the Hospital of Tai became the highest independently traditional medicine administrative institutions. And the royalty medicine system became a subsidiary organ of it. The history of the management mode that the royalty medicine system and paralleled others ended since the Han Dynasty. All this finally formed the medicine management system of the Yuan Dynasty which was uniformed, independent and efficient. At the same time, the medicine bureaucracy system of the Yuan that was more complex than the front came into being. It occupied an important place in history of China. My thesis will research it roundly in order to rich the research about the medicine history and the political system of the Yuan.
