On Television Arts Image Thinking

This dissertation proceeds with the rules of thought, contacts with Gestalt psychology, structuralism linguistics and generalized montage theory, on the basis of exploring the relations between television arts image and the television noumenon thoroughly, researches characteristics, rules and methods of television arts image thought.This dissertation will expound in the following levels: Chapter One establishes three kinds of dual systems on television arts image thought and clears about the status of the television arts image thought from the television noumenon; Chapter Two analyzes television arts image elements; Chapter Three seeks afresh a construction of the television arts image thought on the basis of linguistics; Chapter Four makes an integrated exposition on characteristics of television arts image thought; Chapter Five analyzes the television arts image thought and creation in China and the cultural quality which is supposed to have.The final conclusion of this dissertation is, the television arts image thought is one kind of thought pattern with dual subjects and dual objects, this kind of thought pattern requests the creators of the television arts image to have to rely on the clear structure and the strict organization to realize the goal of communicating information and expressing the ideas to audience. Therefore, the television arts image thought should be the television montage thought, establishment in the image and abstract, not only the perception but the rationality, art and the science, thinking and the practice, it have generalized all characteristics of montage thought, moreover as a result of television viewer's initiative and the freedom, had the characteristic of the audience's choice montage, the audience may combine discretionarily their individual television arts images, with the cultural general character and individuality as well.Only the television workers' self-awareness and the service consciousness for audience are simultaneously stimulated, audience can be led effectively to forge ahead to the affirmative culture, this is also the original intention of writing this dissertation.
