Study On Investment Decision And Operation Mode In Cultural Creative Industry Park

Cultural creative industry is a sunrise industry in21st century. It played an important role in China's development strategy. The cultural creative industry park can provide good environment and excellent talents to promote the development of cultural creative industry. Hence, it is urgent and important to investigate decision method and operation mode in cultural creative industry park.In this dissertation, status and successful experiences of foreign and domestic cultural creative industy have been analyzed. Investment evaluation, value chain management, the game theory have been applied. Through analyzing literature data, using investigative questionnaire, using analytic hierarchy process and fussy theory comprehensively evaluates, this paper put forward a method of investment decision of cultural creative industry park. In addition, operation strategy of the cultural creative industry park has been put forward by using experience of other countries for reference.The main innovation points in the dissertation are showed as follow.1.In this paper, project comprehensive evaluation index system of cultural creative industry has been established and investment evaluation methord has been put forward According to available statistical data, project economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit and sustainable development have been comprehensive considered in this multi-level and multi-dimension index system.At last,the empirical analysis based on a culrural creative industry park in Beijing has been made.2. The gambling and chess theory has been applied to establish the game model of the industry park subject and enterprises.The game model of government and enterprises, enterprise and bank, enterprise and enterprise have been established which provides reference to public service platform and operation mode.3. International and domestic practices and evidence has been used to put forward the operation strategy of cultural creative industry park. Copyright is the core of cultural creative industry.Operation mode of the cultural creative industry park cann't ignore the value of the copyright. The article proposed the operation strategy of cultural creative industry park based on the analysis of existing industry parks, which mainly including managerial mode, permitting regulation, copyright management, brand strategy and profit model.
