The Research Of Six-meridian Syndrome Differentiation Laws Of Initial Diagnosis T2DM And Effect Of Intervening In DM Rats By Curing Three Yin Types Of Diseases

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a frequently-occurring and difficultly-curing disease which can seriously influence people' s health.As people living standard rise and the changes of life style,the incidence of T2DM is higher and higher with its onset younger.Most previous doctors treated this disease from syndrome of yin deficiency with internal heat theory according to the clinical manifestations of it.However,it has not worked well in the way of preventing diabetes after the inspection of history.We preiously showed that yang deficiency played an importmant role in diabetes incidence and satisfying therapeutic effect can be achieved by warm yang treatment.Both clinical and experimental research were carried out to explore the six-meridian syndrome differentiation laws and the mechanism of intervening in DM rats by curing three yin types of diseases.PartⅠClinical ResearchObjective:To study the six-meridian syndrome differentiation laws of initial diagnosis T2DM by collecting four diagnostic methods information and then probe the six-meridian mechanism of this disease.After the birth date five circuits and six qi information acquisition of both initial diagnosis T2DM patients and normal persons,to study the constitutive characteristics of T2DM patients and the relationship between these information and six-meridian incidence laws.Methods:238 initial diagnosis T2DM cases were selected to collect four diagnostic methods information and analyze the six-meridian syndrome differentiation of each case.After that,the number of six-meridian diseases attacks and each meridian disease common symptoms were tallied up,so we can find the laws and characteristics of six-meridian diseases attacks,at the same time summarize the basis of six-meridian syndrome differentiation.All the patients' and 317 normal persons' birth date five circuits and six qi information were collected and compared by statistics in the ways of controlling heaven,terrestrial effect,circuit of year,dominant qi and guest qi to find the relationship between these information and six-meridian incidence laws.Result:1.The six-meridian syndrome differentiation distribution of 238 initial diagnosis T2DM cases were followed as lesser yin disease(72.2%),greater yin disease(68.5%),bright yang disease(45.8%),lesser yang disease(25.2%), reverting yin disease(23.5%) and greater yang disease(6.7%).2.Five circuits and six qi information that may cause the rate of T2DM rise were followed as controlling heaven including reverting yin wind-wood, bright yang dry metal,greater yang cold water;guest qi including lesser yang ministerial fire;circuit of year including wood circuit less,fire circuit extremely,metal circuit extremely:dominant qi including lesser yang ministerial fire,greater yang cold water;terrestrial effect including lesser yin monarch fire,greater yin wet soil and lesser yang ministerial fire(P＜0.05).Five circuits and six qi information that may cause the rate of T2DM low were followed as controlling heaven including greater yin wet soil and lesser yang ministerial fire;guest qi including lesser yin monarch fire and greater yin wet soil;circuit of year including fire circuit less and earth circuit extremely:dominant qi including lesser yin monarch fire,bright yang dry metal and reverting yin wind-wood:terrestrial effect including reverting yin wind-wood and greater yang cold water(P＜0.05).Five circuits and six qi information that not significantly influence the rate of T2DM were followed as controlling heaven including lesser yin monarch fire;guest qi including reverting yin wind-wood,bright yang dry metal and greater yang cold water; circuit of year including wood circuit extremely,earth circuit less,metal circuit less,water circuit extremely and water circuit less:dominant qi greater yin wet soil;terrestrial effect bright yang dry metal(P＞0.05).Conclusions:1.From the six-meridian syndrome differentiation point of view,three yin diseases are the basis of initial diagnosis T2DM.Lesser yin disease,reverting yin disease and greater yin disease may attack together.Three yin diseases are the branches of initial diagnosis T2DM,and lesser yang play an important role.2.From the five circuits and six qi point of view,yang qi deficiency is found in T2DM patients compared with normal persons.The incidence of T2DM has correlation with persons' birth date five circuits and six qi information which also may influence the six-meridian syndrome differentiation.PartⅡExperimental ResearchObjective:Observing the therapeutic effect based on Wenzangfuzhengquxie (WZFZ) method originate from three yin diseases to study the treatment on DM rats about the disorders of blood glucose and lipids,insulin resistance and T lymphocytes immune function.Discussing the therapeutic mechanism of the treating method to DM was also carried out.Methods:64 SPF female SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups,control group(A group),model group(B group),metformin hydrochloride group(C group), Jiangtangsanhuang group(D group),Baihujiarenshen decoction group(E group), high,middle and low dose WZFZ groups(F group,G group and H group).The treatment time lasted 1 month.Analyzed and compared blood glucose,blood lipid (including TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C),INS,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+.The pancreatic tectology was observed by microscope at last.Results:1.Compared with A group,B group's FPG,TG,TC and CD4+/CD8+ are increased (P＜0.05).2.Compared with B group,the FPG,TG,TC,INS and CD8+ of H group are obviously decreased(P＜0.05),as well as CD4+/CD8+ increased(P＜0.05). Compared with C group,there is significant difference on lower FPG,INS and TG(P＜0.05) in H group.Compared with D group,H group worked better in FPG, INS and CD4+/CD8+.Compared with E group,there is significant difference on lower FPG,INS,TG and increasing CD4+/CD8+(P＜0.05).On the aspects of lower FPG,TG and increasing CD4+/CD8+,there is relative in the size of dosage(P＜0.05).In H group,pancreas islands is satiation,the plasm of cell is more abundant,inflammation cells were much more lessened,the amount of cell manifold and the effects is excelled than other groups. Conclusions:The method of WZFZ has a certain effect on rectifying the metabolic disorder of sugar and fat,reducing insulin resistance and improving the T lymphocytes immune function.It can tonify the healthy qi of body by regulate the T lymphocytes immune function.
