Guangfu Tang Observations On The Treatment Of Retinal Laser Damage Repair Role

Objective:The purpose of this experiment is to treat retinal laser damage repair by Guangfutang.Methods:The patients included in the pilot were randomly divided into three groups:Guangfutang group.Yinxingye group and blank group. Each group included 30 patients.The courses is 60 days.Everyone took medicine in the first 24 hours after the laser treatment after,we inspected their eyesight and FFA before Panretinal photocoagulation.Then, investigated their vision.ERG.visual field and result of FFA at the end of the half-hour after the end of the first Panretinal photocoagulation and medication 60 days.Results:1,In early treatment,the visual effects of the three groups was not significant(P＞0.05),however,in the later,the effect of Guangfutang was better than the other groups.2,the average threshold of Yinxingye group and the Guangfutang group in the period of time before and after panretinal photocoagulation comparison of the difference between statistical is significance(p＜0.01),in one month after laser treatment,the average threshold of the Yinxingye group and Guangfutang group is different,the difference was significant(p＜0.05),compared with the recovery of Yinxingye group has increased.3,between Guangfutang and Yinxingye group,the b-wave amplitude of panretinal photocoagulation in the period of time before and after comparison of the statistically was significant(p＜0.01),after one month in laser treatment,the b-wave amplitude increased,b-wave amplitude compared with the control group,there were significant differences(p＜0.01),compared with control group were increased.One month after laser treatment,between Guangfutang group and Yinxingye group,b-wave amplitude comparison of the significant is differences(p＜0.01) 4,between Guangfutang group and Yinxingye group,the b-wave peak time panretinal photocoagulation in the period of time before and after comparison of the statistically was significant(p＜0.01),after one month of laser treatment, b-wave peak time reduction;one month after laser treatment,between Guangfutang group and Yinxingye group,the b-wave peak time compared with the control group,there were significant is different(p＜0.01),compared with two blank group reduced.One month after laser treatment,between Guangfutang and Yinxingye group,the b-wave peak time was no statistical significance(p＞0.05).5,FFA showed that Guangfutang group and Yinxinye group's effects are better than the control group when we observed retinal hemorrhage Flake,Flake exudative retinal,macular edema.Guangfutang group on the recovery of retinal hemorrhage Flake,exudative retinal Flake,Macular edema was superior to the effect of Yinxinye group.Conclusion:The test showed Guangfutang could recovery the damage of retinal laser treatment.And proved that Chinese medicine in the restoration of a number of laser-induced damage of the retina has a strong function.The catalytic role in the application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of retinal laser injury provided a reference for clinical observation.
