The Fluorescence Spectrum For Epichrosis Leucasmus Therapy Bycombination Of Acupuncture And Traditional Drugs With Light Or Transplantation Of Melanocytes By Epidermic Grafting | | Posted on:2009-01-13 | Degree:Doctor | Type:Dissertation | | Country:China | Candidate:G Shang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:1114360245489673 | Subject:Acupuncture and Massage | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | ObjectiveTo explore the rationality of collabrative therapy such as traditional drugs taken orally, ultraviolet light, transplantation of melanocytes by epidermal grafting and acupuncture, some patients were selected and observed.Accordingly, the absorptive and the fluorescence spectrum of traditional drugs as well as the fluorescence spectrum of blood after the drugs were taken.Consequently,to study the effect of the therapy by combination of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)with Western medicine to epichrosis leucasmus, the fluorescence spectrum of blood before and after therapy were measured and compared.MethodFirstly, the patients were grouped by different therapy. The selective criterion was that the diameter of skin lesion was smaller than 5cm.The period of treatment was 3 months. The area of skin lesion after treatment was calculated by ZhongWang 2006 Professional. The consequent was classfied by cure, great effect, effect and non-effect and then compaired statistically.Secondly,Spectrograph was from Harbin Institute of Technology. There were two kinds of spectral analysis to be done:one is the absorptive spectral analysis of the drugs(The specific drugs are radix angelicae, duckweed and fructus psoraleae)and the other one is the fluorescence spectral analysis of the drug on the locus of skin lesion. At the same time, the spectral analysis of patients, who was chosen to took drugs and as well as accept any other therapy of the four therapies mentioned above, were made.Results1.Statistically,the collaborative therapy was strongly effective Comparatively, transplantation of melanocytes by epidermic grafting was more effective.2.The drugs was absorbed well between 300~420nm and the peak value was 335nm.It suggested ultraviolet light be helpful to the absorption of drugs.3.There was no fluorescence produced by radix angelicae while it was imitated by 390nm LED.The peak value of fructus psoraleae and duckweed was relatively 490nm and 500nm or so.It suggested that fructus psoraleae and duckweed were much more effective than radix angelicae.4.The peak value of the fluorescence was 500nm,as was alike with the fluorescence of blood after the drug was taken.5.Ultraviolet light or acupuncture made the fluorescence peak value moved toward blue light. It suggested Ultraviolet light or acupuncture can strongthen the effect of the drugs. However, transplantation of melanocytes by epidermic grafting could not affected the sediment of the drugs at the capillary vessels in derma.Conclusion1.Therapy by combination of acupuncture and traditional drugs with light or transplantation of melanocytes by epidermic grafting is effective. Acupancturc can improve the effect of the other therapies. To conclude,it is hopeful that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is feasible.2.Seeking for effective the main elements of the traditional drug is of importance.3.Safe lighting is also effective to epichrosis leucasmus.4.Transplantation of melanocytes by epidermic grafting is more effective. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | epichrosis leucasmus therapy, acupuncture, ultraviolet light, transplantation of melanocytes by epidermic grafting, spectral analysis, radix angelicae, duckweed, fructus psoraleae | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
