ObjectsLumbar Disc Herniation is clinical common disease, non-surgiacal alternative treatments are first- choice therapy. Acupuncture is one of most important therapy to treat LDH. During thousands years long Chinese history, always recorded that Acupuncture is effective to treat "back pain and leg pain" .Most people know Acupuncture is useful to treat LuH, but no systemic proof and review. And on the other side, from the paper report, when Acupun cterist do acupuncture on the patients, different acupuncterist select different points, use different finesse .There is no any regular Acupoint prescription.This study want to find out the evidence of acupuncture treat LDH, and following the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory basis, find out a regular and simple Acupuncture prescription. The study chiefly includes two parts:1. By using evidentied-based medicine to certify that Acupuncture is effictive to treat LDH.2. Through study the theory, we got the result that "Kidney weak" is the mechenism and pathological basis of LDH. And we study out a new acupuncture prescription and do clincal test to certify it.MethodsThe study is through the conbination of theory exploration, evidentied-based Medicine study and clinical experimental study. On the part of theory exploration: through the study of the literature, we confirm that "kidney deficency" is the pathological basis of LDH. On the part of certification that acupuncture is effective on LDH, we use evidentied-based Medicine study. Check up internet (mostly check www, sunrise, cn Taditional Chinese Medicine fulltext literature bank) and manual check, screen clinical study RCTS paper, do evidentied based statistics study, to testify the effectivity of acupuncture treat LDH.From the theory study result, we give an assumption of a acupuncture prescription for treating LDH. and according RCTS theorem, we divided patients to Acupuncture team, Acupuncture team 2, regular Acupuncture team, massage team, medicine team,every group have 50 patients, separately doing pain-control accessment and comprehensive curative effect accessment acording after 1 hour, after 48 hours and after 2 course of treatments.
