| Objective To study risk factors for the blood-stasis-syndrome(BSS) in weather and constitution and to discuss the relativity of BSS and cerebral infarction(CI), coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD), diabetes mellitus(DM) in order to discuss the mechanisms of BSS and provide warranties for determination of treatment based on differentiation of syndromes and combination of disease and syndrom. Methods This study belongs to case-history-reviewing-comparison research about multi-factors for syndromes-forming. The main time-factors are occuring season, occurring time and period of diseases. The main space-factors are air temperature, air pressure, wind, humidity, constitution-factors and diseases. Investigate case history of 1197 cases of CI, CHD, DM.Use statistic methods of"analysis of variance","binary logistic regression","bivariate correlations", etc. Results①BSS mostly occurs in winter and is more serious in spring and times of 233, 57, 1921. The severity of BSS increase when one is aging or is addicted to salty food or greasy and sweet food. The more factors there are, the more severe the BBS is. Season of disease occurring(SDO) is mostly related with BSS which equation is P(1)=1/[1+e-(2.117-1.248(SDO)).②BBS positively correlates to cold syndrome, the difference between cold syndrome and heat one and YIN syndromes(P<0.01).③Being attacted by cold is the most familiar cause of BSS. The medical history of operations-trauma-hemorrhage much evidently aggravates the degree of BSS (P<0.01).④BSS accounting for 77.0%,79.5%,65.5% respectively in CI, CHD, DM.⑤BSS positively correlates to the difference between cold syndrome and heat one(P<0.01). Endogenous-wind syndrome positively correlates to the difference between excess syndrome and deviciency one.⑥The BSS degree becomes greater when ECG show ischemic cardiac muscle. HDL and blood congeal indexes take negative mutuality with BSS. APTT and FIB take positive mutuality with BSS (P<0.01/0.05). Conclusion①BSS mainly correlates to cold (factors and syndrome belong to YIN). The difference between cold syndrome and heat one is the cause of BSS.②The difference between cold syndrome and heat one is the cause of endogenous-wind syndrome. The determination standard of endogenous-wind syndrome needs to be amended.③The medical history of operations-trauma-hemorrhage maybe is a direct danger actor for BSS.④BSS is one of the most familiar syndromes but not the necessary one of CI,CHD and DM.⑤BSS isn't equal to blood state of dense-viscidity-congealing-assemble. |
